Big room with city view. comfortable bed and pillows. Not far from the shopping district and restaurants. Bus stop nearby but the metro is 12 min. walk. Kettle and coffee in the room. Breakfast is ok. Laundry facility in the building.

THe light in the bathroom is dim.

The bathroom was big and spacious with a separate shower, bath and Japanese toilet. Beds were big and comfy and overall the room was very spacious with a view. Laundry was possible in the hotel (free usage and washing machines were new and big, you had to pay for detergent 2000won). Breakfast was discontinued as explained via email however on our last day, they called us at 8am to announce that there was breakfast available - it was minimal but the lady in the breakfast room was super nice in explaining how the coffee machine worked and she was sorry that there were not many options.

The room was not very clean (floor was dusty, bath didn't appear to be clean however we didn't use it, there was a persistent smell in the room like stuffy air). The fridge was not properly working as on the second day it was warm. Receptionists do not speak English. They were changing towels and water bottles only if you asked. We had instant coffee and tea bags only on the first day as the following days they didn't replenish them nor cleaned/changes the mugs. We booked a room for three people however towels, slippers, mugs etc were only provided for two so we had to continuously ask for a third piece.

The bed is extremely confortable and the room is spacious. Also, the location of the hotel is great, located in the city but not noisy.

There is one old lady who used to stay in the breakfast room, we don’t have any conflicts, but she is too sensitive of anyone’s movements, such as you are touching pot / or trying to take some food, she will follow you and try to be next you immediately, don’t feel very comfortable and free while using breakfast

Really spacious and comfortable rooms, even came with a clothes sanitising /airing machine in the room, and a huge bath. staff were helpful and friendly, good breakfast

A little far from metro station

The room is quite spacious. Located just 5 minutes from Seomyeon station.

Cleaning is the main issue. Our bed sheets & blanket has some holes on them. Basin is a bit disgusting as you can see toothpaste on the wall. If you pull shower glass door, you can feel soap scrubs. Very dusty on clothes cabinet. Such a spacious room deserves a very good cleaning to bring up hotel's standard.

Hotel Yuna is located in a great area which was between a couple of subway lines and bus stops convenient on the main road. Easy to check in and check out. Room had LG styler which was very handy at refreshing a few jackets worn. Owners were very lovely and happy to help in any way.

Make sure if want the room cleaned you must let front staff know before a certain time. Was very easy to discuss and organise however a few more steps to consider

The hotel was very close to a lot of busses and train lines. The manager was so sweet and upgraded our room and gave us water for free. Will definitely come back!

Huge bedroom and bathroom with all you need for a few nights stay. It is far from Biff square, but easily accessible via taxi (metro also nearby). Breakfast is ok, nothing too special but valuable for the money paid. Reception staff friendly and willing to help. Parking is included for free

The hotel is perfectly located. They only clean the room if you ask them to do it, but the cleaning is not complete and not good. They did not empty the trash can, They did not make the beds, and They did not leave enough towells. We were three and They only left 2. When I asked for the missing towell, They said They did not have Any more body towells. Unbelievable. Later They came with towells (at 10:40 pm) and wanted to see it it was true that They were missing.The personnel did not speak proper English, and were not able to say how long the trip to the AirPort would take and what was the best way to get to the AirPort. We would have expected more from hotel personnel.

We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels during our trip through Korea, but Yuna Business Hotel stands out as the absolute highlight so far. Everything about this place is simply fantastic.From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Great bed, clean and well-designed bathroom, and even the little things — like the TV and overall room layout — are just right. Everything is well thought-out and adds to a relaxing experience.We were originally staying just a few nights, but ended up extending our stay as soon as we saw how good it felt to be here. They made that process incredibly easy, too.Truly a gem and absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a warm, high-quality stay!

We had a really good experience at Yuna Hotel. The rooms were pretty big and very clean. They even upgraded one of our two rooms for free. The day of our check out, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, so we could spend the moorning doing some more turism without having to worry about the suitcaises. And that same day, when we came to pick it up, they also booked out taxies to the airport. The hotel staff was super nice with us! ?

Well situated between two metro stations. Room was big with full size bath.

Bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Breakfast was the most basic I’ve ever experienced.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, spacious, comfortable, and warm. The bathtub and bathroom were huge and the clothes refresher in each room was an added bonus. The breakfast was simple and exactly what was needed for a good start to the day. The staff member who helped customers during breakfast was lovely. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location was close to areas we wanted to visit. It was great value for money. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Big and quiet room with bath and shower separated, everything was perfect!

Amazing value for money. Great staff on the desk and helping with breakfast. Rooms were huge and the bath was great, along with the bidet and rain shower. The laundry facilities and steaming/drying wardrobe was an awesome touch. Absolutely no complaints.
