Location and big rooms

Self check-in is fine but it?s nice to have a live person to speak with. It?s my first time visiting Busan and I love to ask about recommendations and directions, esp that I cannot read the Korean writing.

No ice on freezer, no space too tight.

The hotel is located very close to Hauendae which makes it convenient to reach bus stops or train stations by walking.Close to the Hauendae market too that got a lot of nice food ?

Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. We got lucky and had a view of the beach. The location was very comfortable and close to the beach and many restaurants.

Sand all over the floor. I’m not sure if the cleaning ladies were vacuuming properly. It would be nice to have a wash area outside after a bit to the beach. No breakfast.

Great location, although it took the Taxi Driver a little while to work out the location. The language barrier didn't help. Amazing view from the room. The room was super clean.

The lobby area is a little sterile and not very welcoming. We had to wait for our room for an hour and sat in some seating to wait as it was torrential rain outside and were then advised that we had to buy a drink to use the facilities.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and just perfect. Shower cabin in the bathroom was great (in Korea shower cabin is not common). We had towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. The view from balcony was AMAZING! The beach is across the street and the closest subway is 10 minutes walk.

- We booked a room with a bath tub, but we did not have this. - We booked a room with a partial see facing view, but we did not have any view of the sea. - The room was not as clean as we expected, it was really dirty and dusty behind the TV and the curtains had an old stain/ rust mark.

The price for three nights was amazing! The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The view it had of the beach and ocean was also amazing ?

All was new and clear. If you’ll take the sea view and hit a top floors you won’t hesitate to return once more. Staff were nice and welcoming. Rooftop has also a descent view. And especially I liked steam styler wardrobe. That’s amazing that you can refresh you clothes so quickly.

The only one smallest thing (but it’s pretty common on Korea) that in the coffee shop at the first floor latte is overheated and you drink not latte but a boiling milk with coffee taste. But that’s super minor.

The bed is comfortable but there's hair under the duvet..not sure if the bed sheets was change, they looked fresh but there's hair when I flip over the duvet. Maybe it's from the housekeeper

I booked a sea view room and got only a little alley to see through to the sea. The receptionist was rude! She asked me for my name but I didnt understand her english then she start raising her voice to me. Not my issue that you dont can't pronounce properly, you know what i mean? Could have just write it down or ask me slowly...then there's no phone in the room, was trying to get wifi password, contact property in booking.com and the reply was irresponsible. The room wasn't really clean, start with the floor, there's even a cigarette butt on the balcony and it was still there for my 2 nights stay, even had the housekeeper to clean during my stay. The floor in the room was not clean too. The bath robe was the worst, there's so much hair on it, I don't even wanna use them.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Rooms are cleaned daily, if not wanted, they leave fresh towels/ water outside room.. Very comfortable, clean bed.. Location is great.

No negatives about stay.

Location, short 3 minute walk to Haeundae beach, shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk into city centre.

The location was great, not only was it right in front of the beach, but also close to the city centre as well as bus stops, restaurants, etc. The floors are separated by dogs/pets allowed and not allowed which I assume must be nice for those without pets (we went with our dog). The rooms are well equipped with dog necessities, from pads to a small step stool/ladder for the dogs to jump to the bed. The room also provided one of those deodoriser/sanitiser machines for clothes, which always come in handy when being with pets!

Unfortunately some info was not updated regarding the services, for which we had planned our day around that. Ex. the pet care centre was supposed to be open from 10 til 22 hrs, however it only opened from 12 to 20 hrs which meant we had start our day alter and end it short. The grooming salon's hours are also quite short (until 18 hrs if I remember correctly) which, since it's a self grooming salon, would be nice if it could go until a bit later.The walls seem to be a bit thin (I could hear other dogs barking from inside and outside the room) but nothing that can be done about it.

The self check in and check out options can be a bit difficult for some non Korean speaking folks, but there was someone waiting for me to help with the procedure although I was super late in checking in ( I did contact them in advance that I would be late though)

The room was not clean enough. Still need some cleaning to do for everything. Also, it was basically an appartment, so I was missing kitchen stuff
