Connect Busan Hotel

Good location, nice view, nice staff

Good location with the reasonable price. Easy to checkin and checkout.

Easy access to near by transit and food spots.A comfy bed. Clean shower and toilet. Large mini fridge with plenty of room.

A smell from the water front would linger in from the ventilation. Just a part of being a busy port city

Transportation-wise a very good location. The room is big and cozy enough for one person, two people is doable but will get crowded. I had booked a room with a sea view, and actually got a higher floor -room from where the view was very nice over the harbour. No complaints about the cleanliness either!

Nothing in particular!

Everything is comfortable and clean and modern, perhaps just a little too small. The room with balcony and sea view is beautiful!

After night time there are no staff available to help. I didn’t have my card to enter my room so I was lucky to find someone to help me, but my friend is a girl and she felt super insecure that they just opened the door to my room without checking any sort of documentation, they just believed my word.

I was surprised by the room to be honest, the view to the beach is wonderful, the location, the facilities... close to bus route, mall, etc. it was a good experience. Lobby and first floor, just normal.

good location, very near Busan station, Busan tower, ...

The breakfast was good. I missed some more international items like they were shown on the promotion.

It was a little loud in my room. I heard the street noise all night long.

Room was clean, balcony was just nice. Able to see some of the view

Nth

The room is so spacious! The view from our room is so nice ?

It’s full of dust ? Press the ‘Make Up Room’ button two days but both days got ignored. Our room is not clean up at all.. disappointed ☹️

Great location. 300+meters from Nampo station and Lotte Department Store is almost just next door. Busan Tower, Jagalchi Market, BIFF Sq are all withing walking distance. Small room but comfy beds and nice hot shower.

Location is great, shopping mall and subway nearby.

Rooms are quire small.

I liked the balcony. On clear days you can watch far beyond the harbor and see a great deal of the city. The rooms are modern and clean. Very professional staff. Has Netflix

Noisy, need earplugs when you go to sleep. You watch over the harbor and not the beach (expected). The worst thing are the elevators. The elevators are slow and not "smart". Therefore you need to wait a lot longer than necessary. The location is not good, far from the popular beaches.

The hotel is located near lotte mart and metro station. The view in our room was stunning, as we booked a room with balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from busan. The staffs are also very friendly.

There were no reception from 10pm onwards. I prefer a 24hours security.

the ocean view type room is amazing, you could feel BUSAN immediately through the window view, the room space is perfectly fit with our needs, we don't feel any inconvenience by the room.

having some problems with hotel parking service, even though the staff is kindly solving it up, but still it's better not happened.

The room I stayed is very clean and comfortable. The view is as great as you see from the app! I can see Lotte Mall with the bridge and the sea from my balcony. The location is super, the bus stop is right just in front of the hotel. The shopping street is in walking distance. Staff are nice with well English speaking.

Location was good next to Lotte department store, facing the bus stop. Very Convenient and near the subway. Checkin was smooth and rooms were clean.

The lift is quite slow and may take a long time to wait.

Room was clean and looked great compared to price. Very close to subway and shops. The harbour is next to hotel, so some noises are possible. Overall I would stay here again!

beautiful view, awesome facilities and strategic location

cleanliness can be improved, trash like empty water bottle and half used tissue packet discovered in our room.

amazing rooms with a balcony and great view!

the irregular cleaning of rooms, this should be made regular!
