Overall frustrating experience. There were many terrible experiences. Not happy and would never recommend it to anyone.1. There was a problem with the room's AC and they should have checked all these things before handing over the keys to the guest. In the end, they moved us to another room.2. The cost of food and the quality of food differed greatly. The cost of food was high, but the quality of food was poor.3. The property at DewDrops is old and big, but not properly maintained.4. My mistake was that I chose this resort to spend my weekend with my loved one when there were so many at the same rate. You can get a much better resort for the same price.5. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus were limited. On many resort breakfast menus, seasonal fruits are always available. But I did not see even one fruit here.6. There was a person who helped us pick up our luggage when we checked in, but at check out, no one helped us with our bags, they simply ignored us.

Swimming pool was not clean.There were dried leaves, dead insects floating in the pool.

Food quality and quantity is superior. Breakfast, dinner and even tea provided was good in taste. Not too oily dishes. Housekeeping work is tidy and very good cleaning services.

Firstly, they charge you so much, for luxurious experience. And, room on the overall side, looks so nice with good mountain view. However, I always judge any hotel with its bathroom services. Not working flush, broken jet spray, wash basin side area broken too. I almost cut myself while picking jet spray, because of broken wood.Water heater is gas based, it smells like something burning, while it runs. They have put in shower for use, but this doesn't work with gas geyser, provides too hot water, too cold water alternatively, no consistency at all.Coffee which I had once, had burned milk smell, completely not ok. Resort does not have WiFi facilities on floors, only present at the Reception area. With network fluctuations for regular network providers here, especially for people coming out of Maharashtra, wifi services are required for connectivity.

Very poor linen, negligible shower pressure . Poor cleaness. Shaving kit was not provided even after demand. Very poor mobile signal in room and no wifi available in room. Very Conjusted reception, if more than one family to check in, no place to sit. Breakfast with very poorvery quality with very few varieties, toaster not working,butter was not available for long time, very bad ambience, very poor service.

As it was Good experience for me n my sonIt is neet n clean good n helping n co operative staff.need more staff as per resort n guest .n little more trained. Breakfast was very good n testy...room charges r little expansive but ...on the whole worth for family n friends..If I will get a chance I will Vist again..thank u Dew Drop Boutique Retreat.❤?

Staff is prompt with their service and polite as well. Property is well maintained. Food though comes with a limited variety is good. Overall a good experience.

Cleanliness of bathroom though well maintained can be improved further. Bath fittings should be checked thoroughly and upgraded. Wifi service is available only in reception area which should be extended to rooms as well. Plates, bottles etc kept by guests outside their rooms should be immediately cleared off by house keeping staff from the corridor.

Serene Location, Huge Rooms, Good Food but Short Menu. Very clean and staff is helpful.

WiFi was only at reception so if you're on 2nd floor you will have a tough time getting mobile network for 4gBreakfast could have been better taste wise it was okay
