rooms are very old .. the jet spray & the taps not working the bed sheets were dirty the room was not clean.. not maintained well

Had a lovely stay at Camel Valley Resort.... The place is clean, peaceful, full Fog, Rainy and perfect for a short getaway. Staff was polite and helpful throughout.We really enjoyed the Bird Park ..... very unique and fun, especially for kids. Food was also tasty with good variety.We stayed in the Executive Suite which was spcious and clean..Overall, a great experience. Already recommended to friends and would love to visit again!

Bathroom was big size and clean with new fittings but it would’ve been nice if the bathroom had a bathtub.Pool Side floating tube should be there

Location was great, all arrangements made by the Hotel for new year's eve dinner and brunch on 1st Jan instead of regular breakfast was a great idea.

The rooms, through arent crying for renovation, but surely they need some work. The beds are not that comfortable. Housekeeping isnt proactive, had to call 3-4 times, finally our room was cleaned during our stay at 5.30 pm.. definitely not acceptable.

The location is convenient, just off the Nashik–Mumbai highway. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the staff was consistently polite and attentive. The Christmas weekend activities were well planned and added a nice festive touch to our stay. The pool area was another highlight—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with separate pools for adults and kids.

The property is quite dated and clearly in need of renovation. The rooms and bathrooms feel old and worn, giving the impression of a 10–15-year-old construction with very little upkeep. Surprisingly, the hotel still relies on electric geysers instead of solar, and the hot water runs out quickly, which is frustrating.Another disappointment was the payment policy. Even after paying 50% in advance at the time of booking, the hotel still insists on collecting the full amount upfront during check-in. It leaves a bad taste and creates a sense of mistrust, as though the priority is securing payment rather than ensuring a pleasant guest experience.The service itself was acceptable, but the outdated facilities and rigid policies make the overall stay feel far from value for money. The property has potential due to its location, but it really needs modernization and a more guest-friendly approach.

Loved the property, location and the amenities at the resort.

The rooms had a lot of damp. There was a constant smell in the room. All the home furnishing items also felt damp and smelly.

Stayed here for a short break from city life and it was totally worth it. The foggy mornings and lush greenery made the whole place feel like a dream. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the resort team surprised us with a lovely room decoration and a cake — it really made the day extra special for us. The suite rooms are huge and well-maintained. A couple of areas like the outdoor play zone were under renovation, but overall, the resort is beautiful and peaceful.... they have good indoor wooden games.. We had couple spa.. very professional....Special thanks to the front desk for the smooth check-in and warm hospitality.. Food was very tasty.. Big size swiming Pool..... Highly recommended for couples and families looking to unwind.

Too rainy... get difficult to go to restaurant from room.

the rooms are huge...living room and bedroom can accomodate 5 to 6 people which is permitted.. there are only 4 aviary view rooms where the windows open to the bird park.. it's a unique experience as the birds come up to your windows and the children enjoyed the multiple visits to the aviary. staff are cheerful helpful and nice.. food quality and breakfast spread is good.. swimming pool size is good

it rained and there was water entering the rooms.. there seems to be some leakage on the washroom side. swimming pool water cleanliness can improve

Disappointing ☹️ and no value for money

We had to wait for 2 hrs before we could checkin because the lift was not working. After getting into the room, we realised that:-Toilet seat gir raha hai, Flush kam nahi kar raha Fridge clean nahi kiya haiACs not cooling as desired Additionally, the toilet flush did not work properly and the force of water in the shower was also very less

There is a totally waste of money in premium category of rooms, Even after paying almost equal to executive room charges, AC is not working, Doors lock is not proper, not much options in food,

The ambience was good. Staff was really well disciplined and supportive. Amenities for kids were very good. The in-house activities were excellent.

The room had plenty of mosquitos. Many electrical/mechanical issues had to be sorted out. Most of the time the WiFi provision was substandard and sometimes was not working.A few times there was power outage, and I don't think there was a Backup Gen Set operating.The location is in the outskirts, where local transport is not available for short distance commuting.

I want to report a catastrophic experience at this hotel. Here’s a summary of our stay:The room was in a deplorable state: dirty, poorly maintained, with walls covered in mold.There were mosquitoes in the room, making the stay even more unbearable.We had to repeatedly request bed sheets and towels, but our requests were ignored.The advertised services, such as the massages we had booked, were never provided.Additionally, the hotel had the audacity to charge us 120 rupees for tea, despite being unable to deliver even basic services satisfactorily.This hotel fails to meet both cleanliness standards and the services it promises. I strongly advise against staying here and request follow-up action from you to address this unacceptable situation.

It's has birds home. You can visit with Rs. 200 charge per person. My kids enjoyed it. Nice variety of parrots and rabbits. Like sofa style. It has big playground with graß. Games.

In winter season, there was no hot water in night n morning. We have to call 3 times and eventually go to reception for getting warm water. But we did not get hot water. Eventually we left without bathing. Dinner and breakfast has limited options. South Indian dishes in breakfast were fine. Paneer dish and Roties were not upto the mark. It's under renovation, hopefully they will improve services.

the stay was clean and adequate for a night stay. The spa experience was exceptional.

they did not accept cards for payment. they only accept UPI or cash which was a let down. this should have been mentioned before booking

Property location was great. Had requested for special arrangements which were also done amazingly.Rooms were spacious and very comfortable

Breakfast is better than dinner. No comparison with another Manas property on highway. Very dull dull environment in evening in rooms as well as outside the rooms. Very bad lighting.
