Not a single thing I like at this hotel, because it¿s a dusty mess and not washed bedding and not washed blankets and towels too and no hot water and no good showing anything

Even after I have confirmed booking via you.. they didn't allow me to stay..last minute i have to search for a new hotel.Take serious action against the hotel.

Not at all. Very bad property not at all clean. When we reached we paid the stay amount. After looking at the property and bad condition of cleanliness decided not to stay. Still money is refunded to us.

Washroom wer so dirty, bed not comfortable and not cleaned as well.

Firstly, the reception staff is very rude.Rooms are not clean Washrooms are dirty.No TV.AC is ON but of no useI wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.Spending 3500 for one day is too much for such type of room.Ridiculous experience.

Really pathetic service, rooms were not clean enough, to get any thing done you have to wait for around an hour with multiple reminders, location was not at all good , poor management, no service available, always put this in last option for your stay

What is there to enjoy... Nothing...................................................... I arrived at the hotel on schedule, so my family and I could check in together. As Manager, I informed guests that there are now no open rooms.After making the reservation online, I assured he that I had confirmation. However, he denied renting the rooms out with all of the lies that were said. (Internet not working; Booking.com side has no information.) Where should I take my family, which includes four kids under the age of four, that night? After a great deal of back and forth, he assigned rooms. The motel rooms were disgusting and had a distinct odor about them.Please do not mention the restrooms.It is in everyone's best interest to avoid bringing up the topic of cafeterias. It took him one hour to produce eight plates of idli, which is not only inefficient but also unhygienic. It appears like the plates were not cleaned correctly. Even spoons aren't ready to supply what's needed...

Awful stay. Stinky and dirty room. Sheets wasn't changed after previous guests, someone's hair on my pillow. Someone's clothes in the bathroom.Bathroom dirty, looked like there was no cleaning from the hotel opening. Big layer of dirt.Super loud fan, disturbing sleep.

Rooms were smelly and super damaged and leaky, unclean bathrooms, very poor management, very small staff, very expensive as compared to the facilities provided. No proper cleanliness maintained, utterly dirty bathrooms, broken and smelly walls leaking and ridden with fungus and algae.

Great location really pleasant and clean rooms, but the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff, all of the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and advice, food taste was very nice ? happy experience overall.
