The location was excellent and the staff too. The chairs everywhere were not upto the mark, looked as though they will fall apart.

Poorly managed and not clean

The property is quite poorly kept and managed. The reception is staff is quite inflexible. For the price, it surely is a waste. Would not recommend this place.

Rooms need to be ventilated, especially wardrobe & toilet.

I like location, environment , services, food , it was our dream to stay over night.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Reception front desk staff was poorly trained. Had a bad experience at check out.Bfst staff don not understand requests for coffee/water/tea.Too much chlorine in the pool. Fully dressed guests were swimming, which is unhygienic.

The resort is a overall nice package of good rooms, courteous staff, a well maintained swimming pool and a descent play area. The restaurant is also good and it did offer an overall pleasant stay with family.

I missed the covered parking and some better valley views would have made it an excellent scenic option.

Suite room .. didn’t have second bathroom…

Many rooms were available, but we were charged extra money for suite room .. Main food area.. whether lunch or dinner or breakfast.. lots of flies / mosquitoes… no Fans available.. Food choices same for lunch & dinner.. nothing special.

Rooms need upgrade, not that good.The cafe on the ground floor where breakfast buffet was served needs better chair/tables, most of them are very old and not at all stable

Staff was quite cooperative. Food in Baithak restaurant was quite delicious. Overall property size and location is quite good

Deluxe rooms are very small and not well ventillated. Very poor lighting. AC not working. The doors fitting were not maintained properly. Buffet menu for lunch and breakfast were over rated. Spread was good yet taste was not up to the mark.Swimming pool had 5.5 Feet depth and majority times due to this reason the mail pool was empty.

Few pointers I would like to bring to your notice. We had booked junior Suite and When we checked in ,the pool was dirty and even the area besides the pool and furniture was covered with dust. No hand napkins were there. Both tv were not working. One day hot water was not there in bathroom for bath. Very loud music near the pool like a fish market- we had come to have a relaxed vacation and it was a torture,same loud music near game area too. From second day water was in given in unclean glass bottle and at room I was given RO water in Bailey bottle without informing,I noticed it because the bottle was not seal packed. Pls.note we had taken a package for good amount for 2 nights and if the hotel cannot provide packaged water bottle then charge for it too. But this kind of behaviour by your room service staff is absolutely unacceptable

Property had various issues , water dripping from Air conditioner which after complaint wasn’t fixed and dripped whole night . Television not working ,Extra bed quality not good .Extra pillow was not good ,fat enough for kids to sleep .Staff behaved in appropriate

It is not clean, the restaurant is extremely sad. Unnecessarily expensive. Not at all worth the price.

Room was clean, space in the room was good, amenities were all working, specially enjoyed their carnival games. My kids enjoyed all those games. Nice lights at resport and overall very good vibes. Had very good stay with Manas with my family.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The surrounding area was beautiful with good facilities. The staff were responsive and always ready to help.

The food could have been better. We were disappointed with the food options and cleanliness.

The property was easily accessible and the breakfast was good.

The rooms didn't have much ventilation and the towels were not clean. No table and chair in the room to do work either.

The location is pretty good and the breakfast service was also very good. The pool was great fun for the kids.

The rooms are a little old and need some work. There was also a stink outside the room which made staying outdoors a bit unpleasant.
