Hotel Panchvati Yatri

Nothing except restaurant was good.

Property is very filthy stinky and with molds everywhere. We asked to change the room which we got first as it has lot of molds on ceiling. Then they gave us a room where bathroom was really dirty with molds. Entire room was very stinky. The pillows had lot of molds and they just added a cover on it.

Location is at the heart of city.

Check in process is not smooth. On booking.com checking time was indicated as 1.00PM but actually at the hotel desk they told us it's 2.00PM. This caused chaos & confusion.

room was ok ok but no ventilation provided there was a window but no safety was taken AC was not working it was a narrow room 10 * 20 other than value for money ok staffs are very kind and friendly they guided as very well near to all shops overall I rate 7.5 out of 10

Is at prime location. Breakfast is good no complaints. Overall It's an average not a WOW factor.

Booked Family room for 2 night. Rooms were OK but very much disappointed with washroom - too small and no racks available. One rack attached right above toilet seat- too unhygienic. Doesn't meet as expected after looking out the review.

First of all, the location. It is right in the heart of the city. All the important places are very near & the food stalls too... Absolutely clean, safe & peaceful... Perfect stay..

TV was literally having no channels. That is the main drawback. It was just a showpiece in the room. Location wise it is good. Dint have breakfast. So cannot comment on this.

TV should work and all important channels should be available considering that people from different states come here.

Cleanliness, room service

The hotel had got pest control done on the same day. It was very uncomfortable to live in the room on the same day when they did the pest control.

Excellent place for family vacation.Property well maintained, staffs are really courteous.

Choice of food for breakfast & Dinner could have been better considering food habits of Pan Indian tourist.

Bad

Staffs were non co-operative, rooms were not properly cleaned even the washrooms were pathetic. The staffs took extra money to their personal gpay accounts.

i had a confirmation from booking.com, when reached they were sild out.reception person was very rude. since they hv multiple booking these guya from pachavati yatri is so rude. he qas not wven accepting co firmed booking from booking.com.i will not recommend at all this one.

Hot was not provided despite requesting multiple times, cleanliness was issue as i could see cockroaches roaming in the bathroom

The Staff is very cooperative. I was down with headache and the front desk, reception provided medication.

Morning breakfast

Didn't like Management at all, found cockroach in room, basic facilities like toothpaste, towel were not available...Booking was confirmed through booking.com, still check in and check out was not a good experience.

I did not want early check in, just needed room to freshen up so that I could go to my interview. Even if many of the guests were checking out I was not given any to fresh up. Bad management

Rooms were excellent and food was delicious. Also rates are normal and facilities are good.I like the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There was no specific reserved parking for hotel and restaurant. Also the desk staff not able to help on same. Also the attitude receptionist staff in afternoon shift was not good.

Staff is very cooperative. Food, ambience is very good. It is located in close proximity to temple and antique items shops. We enjoyed our small stay there.

Location, Maintenance, restaurant, food, taste, ambiance, staff, everything was superb!

wifi and staff speed of providing service was slower than a tortoise
