Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel

The room was clean. The breakfast was great. So was the dinner.

We requested several times to take away used glasses from the room. But that was not done, even after several requests.

- Amazing WiFi for work- Property is very clean- The restaurant and buffet options were great- Great amenities (pool and gym)- Very helpful and polite staff - Very close to a major attraction (the temple)

Very spacious, good parking and rooms for drivers too.

breakfast was good, but naturally enough geared towards the local tastes, but if you didn't want to eat ' curry ' flavoured food, there was enough choice for western tastes. Coffee could be better and staff were attentive and great

Nothing, managed to find enough from the choice on offer for breakfast.

Spacious rooms and delicious food with excellent service staff

Nothing to say...would appreciate if provide considerable discount to state two nights every month.

Staff behavior was awesome and caring. The food service was always on time, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The room was big and spacious.Staff were niceRestaurant was convient Location was fine. Had security at the front checking bags and luggagesAircon was fresh, no mouldy smell

Aging hotel. Needs a bit of refurbishment.

Have been a regular visitor at Express Inn & everytime it doesn't stop to impress me. The best thing which would always remain with me was as I had an early check-out (morning 4am) the staff was kind enough to parcel breakfast for me at 4am in the morning

Just could'nt think of anything

Property was good. Spacious

Staff (managing dinning area/hall) should learn to respect kids and guest(s). We didn’t opt for dinner buffet and when we enter the hall for dinner, one of your staff members asked us to sit towards the right of the hall and clearly they will not take the order if we sit on the sofa or the place we like. We were travelling with the kid so we preferred sofa so we all can enjoy our meal peacefully and the sofa seats were available when we came for dinner. This is not something we expect in a 4 star property.

Had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly cooperative and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The management was excellent, and the entire place was impeccably clean and hygienic. Room service was prompt, and the team's communication was outstanding. The location was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. A special mention to Baburao and the entire staff for their exceptional service. Highly recommended!Great kitchen too. Tonmay at dinning was great too. Special thanks.

However, despite staying in a Suite room, the bathroom extractors were not working, which should be addressed.Additionally, I noticed that the chairs provided for the staff were not comfortable for sitting properly. I kindly request the management to consider improving these aspects to ensure comfort for both guests and staff.

Not recommended, not family/ kids friendly, not worth the money

The place was very dirty. There was a cigarette smoking smell everywhere (specially in the bathroom, lobby and entrance of the room). We asked staff for a help but they couldn’t do anything because smoking was allowed inside the bathroom which was disgusting. Everytime we use to enter a lobby there was smoking smell everywhere, also there were not enough lights in the lobby area. All the smoke alarms were removed rooms and lobby.Rooms were dirty, found a bunch of hair on the floor as well as underneath the pillow.Bathroom floor was slippery, mouldy. The place needs good renovation. Not enjoyable at all we need a refund as we had to stay to our friends place for few hours .

Very poor

Staff was not helpful.not interested. Very bad service bedsheets were dirty which we asked to change but not of any use

Clean and up kept property. Very clean and pristine, exceptional staff at checking door Breakfast and Dinner was phenomenally tasty with so much variety and every one of them was yummy. Hats off to Master chef

Nothing that I came across

Location

Rude staff (especially Ms. lovely at the reception was very rude and argumentative )No valet Cleanliness is not up to the mark

The staff at Express Inn Nashik are the most courteous ones. The rooms are good enough for the money spent. The breakfast buffet had pretty good spread. The Spa service was also excellent. Vivek did a great job with the Spa.

The washroom was very small in the room we stayed and the shower area did not have hand shower or a tap

The breakfast was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. The ambience at the lobby is welcoming.

The bathroom space in the room is a bit congested

Good

Shower screen leaked water over floor. Slipped getting out of shower :(

The location of the property is good. I travelled with my family but also had work to do. So my family could visit some nearby spots and do some shopping while i could commute to office easily. There is a kids play area and swimming area where my kid enjoyed. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner. Although the buffet looked tempting, we opted for Alacarte and it was indeed very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was also cooperative. Overall, a good place to stay while you are on work travel or personal travel.

The room service took some time. On the first day we asked for water bottles, despite calling the room service twice, they were not delivered. We got it only after room cleaning. The telephones in both the rooms were not working properly. The flush in the bathroom was not working properly because of which there was lot of water wastage everytime we used the flush. Because of all of these issues, I would say that the property did not match the value for money spent. The rooms were newly renovated i think thats why these issues came upfront. I am sure all of these issues will be sorted out.

The view and location also staff was cooperative and good

Only the house keeping and arrangements of food for infants. Rest all is very good and comfortable.

Renovation was going on a lot of noice and they system wants cash in morning cause maitance of property

A lot of noice of machines
