Rooms light, rooms bathroom , cleanliness, walls color and plaster is off, bathrooms are mentioned very poor, it's like a normal 1500 room where I paid more than 3500 for such basic room

I booked from 03MAY, 2025 to 04MAY, 2025 checkout on booking.com there was no where mentioned its for day booking that is 03MAY, 2025 to 03MAY, 2025 while booking later on you send email stating its day booking is absolutely wrong. You charged me more than what was available online.

Not worth money

House keeping not good even for dental kit we had to ask for repeatedly

Breakfast area

No early cin given, on booking.com it show 20 percent discount while booking. Which was not given on food bill. Upon asking also to send invoice on mail. It's not received. Pathetic.

location was good and breakfast menus were good.

I didn't like the rooms. First room offered was very dirty. No cleanliness. Then i was shifted to another room. In that room also i had seen couple of cockroaches.

Location is good, unfortunately not had breakfast as already having Breakfast Meeting elsewhere. WiFi is chargeable hence not used. Stay was comfortable but not excellent. Reception staff is still learning. Overall experience is Good. Restaurant should be kept open till 11 pm as late comers can get food.

We have to ask for hand towels and dental kit and moisturizer was also not available.

Absolutely nothing

location was excellent....... Food was good. As entire hotel was booked being weekend, compare to guest the staff was less in number to serve guest.

rooms were very small in size. there were no sufficient place for one couple and one child.

Great place to stay. Rooms and other facilities were very good. Food was excellent. Kids had a great time.

The staff is very polite. Ganesh helped with addition bed( chargeable), makes us comfortably accommodate. Food was nice. Overall nice stay.

Poor, not recommended

The property in no way matches the expectations of the IHGL brand or tata group. Room was stinking, maintainance was not at par, almost felt like it was a fake ginger hotel, staff was not attentive at all.generally ginger hotels other than this property elsewhere are good but this one is not a good property. Avoid it if you can, not at all worth the money.

Ambience

Very poor room service,after following g up thrice with front desk received just a glass if milk n bread almost after one hour.In the morning even tea cup,fork was not available.

Dinner and lunch are excellent. Would love to have that food again.

Room. It has bare minimum facilities. Some of the appliances were not in good conditions. Bed was uncomfortable. 2 separate beds which can't be joined so if you are traveling with kids, it's hard to manage.

Choked washroom, no toiletries, air-condition wasn't working properly. Poor noise cancelation, I could hear all our surroundings, broken sink and no toilet paper.
