Location is good

Not family friendly, no tv channels, dusty windowsils, lumpy pillows

The best property I have ever visited so far. The worst is mumbai one, no manners, very rude and detest to stay, but in Nashik the staff of every department is sweet, polite and well trained.

Breakfast was good. We had buffet dinner and that was good. This was our second visit to Ibis Nashik.

We were allotted 106 room on the 1st floor. This room has 2 issues. AC was not working properly and bed had bed bugs which made us uncomfortable. We were allotted room 302 at 00.30 hrs on Sunday where AC was working and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is good, clean and comfortable

Only the Size of the room is small and also the bed. It's Not as per the two adult and 1 Kid

The cleanliness in the rooms and brunch was very nice.

The staff was very minimal, though it was a weekend there was a lack of staff at the reception as well as at dinner tables. We always had to go to the personnel and request for everything whether it be plates bowls or menu related things, I wouldn't rate our dinner at Ibis as great at all. Not worth the price we paid at all. Should improve on the service a lot.

Cooling system was not that good

The rooms were comfortable & clean.The food was good.

However the turn around time for food in the restaurant is very poor. Apart from this everything else was perfect.

Clean and neat rooms. The staff was very good. I liked the way they serve water in reusable glass bottles and not throw away plastic bottles.

The washroom was too small.

Excellent location in terms of distance to Trimbkeshwar.

Knowing that the booking was in advance for a family, conjoining rooms should have been made available. With decent capacity, unavailability was not a question.

Bathroom not v good, Soap dispense did not work, shower equipment poor, door gettig tachy and old, fridge didnot work, Lifts access cards did not work well, no hand towels,

Food was good

It was total chaos in terms of handling the bookings. My family was provided room on higher floor where it was all cigarette smoking smell. Family with kids should never be given such rooms.

Efficient check in. Very well furnished rooms provided with required amenities. Colourful lobby and large screen TVs all around to watch latest Champion Trophy ? matches . Courteous and well dressed staff . Good menu for buffet breakfast at the Spice It. Packed breakfast provided in view of early morning departure . Overall a pleasant stay as in all other IBIS hotels that we have stayed at in the past . Special mentions : Chef Shubham . Security staff Ms Sadhna in particular for assisting my wife to get into the Car everytime while leaving the Hotel and arranging a cake as my wife was celebrating her birthday .

The electronic room keys became non functional / operative frequently which required us to get them replaced or rectified 3 times . Slow service for our meals in the evening hours . Room rent paid while checking in did not reflect in the bill while checking out !
