Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik

The food quality was satisfactory on weekends; however, during weekdays, the breakfast menu appeared to consist of leftovers from the previous day.

staff is amazing, thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything was at its best

Nice and clean

While check in they need ID and checkout also need the ID

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — without a doubt, this has been our best Radisson experience so far among all our stays in the western region. The grand lobby, courteous staff, and warm hospitality stood out right from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the team who thoughtfully handed my baby daughter a soft toy when she accidentally bumped into a glass wall — she was absolutely fine, but it was such a touching and caring gesture. Our room was immaculate, equipped with warm towels, and maintained by an excellent housekeeping team. The restaurant experience was equally delightful — great food, live music, and such a lively atmosphere that my wife, daughter, and I couldn’t resist joining in the dance! We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches, including travel snacks, and the wonderful recreation area for kids, which kept our little one entertained.I genuinely couldn’t find a single flaw — and that says a lot, especially for someone as detail-oriented as me.Hats off to the entire team for creating such a welcoming environment — it truly felt like a second home. We’d happily visit again just to relive this wonderful experience.

Very well maintained and clean. Ample parking and friendly staff. Food was great.

Bad Experience

even though I chose to pay by booking.com, my parents were forced to pay at the property. this should have been highlighted before. it's extremely unprofessional

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Hotel is clean and well located

Ambience, staff experience and food was good. Standard room was excellent

One door in both bath and toilet

The excellent international cuisine and Governor Sahebs amazing cocktails and food, also the Sunday Brunch is brilliant with flowing unlimited alcohol for 90 mins, the outstanding property, the superb service, the fantastic staff!

Nothing not to like about this brilliant Hotel In Nashik!

The stay was good and comfortable. What I didn’t like was the food bills they generated was much more than our actual bill. In the final settlement bill they wrote some Random numbers against random things. I am a regular customer of Radisson, hence I trusted them during settlement but later when I saw the bill, I saw the charges against odd things. This is the first time I observed such a disappointing behaviour from Radisson staff. I asked for the explanation for the bill later but didn’t get any response.

Location was very convenient. Staff were excellent especially Dinesh at the breakfast buffet. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Check in was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Nashik.

The room, facilities and food were good.

The staff's competence degraded, unfortunately. Requested to refill the bodywash container in my shower several times throughout my stay, however to no avail.

Good food, service and staff. Neat and clean. Good location off the highway so away from the hustle bustle of the city centre

Even when you set the air conditioner at 18 degrees at night, it barely reached 22.5 degrees so tends to get hot at night. They should provide more switches/controls for the lights, as most of the room lights are on the master switch, so if one wants to turn on just the bedside lamp or the lobby light, it’s not possible!

It was an exceptional stay...we went there for 2 nights and we got upgraded to deluxe room with balcony...the room was very spacious, extremely clean, with all the modern amenities..the ambiance of the hotel was too good...fish pond to swimming pool to world class spa ,everything was at par...I want to specially applaud the staff, all of them were so cordial n yet professional...specially Mr.Dinesh from restaurant and Ms. Priya from reception...these are just few examples...all the staff was very courteous....food was amazing....the variety, the quality and the test was too good!!! We really had amazing time here.

Nothing ,,everything was just perfect!!

Didn't like the front office person, not very friendly and didn't consider our request

The breakfast was superb and truly a good mix of international and Indian food. We were pampered by the staff at breakfast and even lunch next day. They were very attentive, prompt and even served up some specials. At lunch we opted for ala carte but proactively they served us some desserts from the buffet without us asking. They really nice - Ayan, Lalu and host of others whose names I can't remember. Madhumita's croissants were outstanding and on par on what I have eaten in Paris - light, crunchy...

The room rate was outrageous! 18,000 plus for a hotel room in Nashik! That was more than Mumbai rates. Next weekend it was only 9.5k. So I am not sure what happened on my weekend.

The breakfast , food and the help from the staff is really good and efficient. There is a huge variety of breakfast and dinner buffet. The taste is really good. The hotel is in a good location not on highway plus not too far away from highway. So you have a peaceful sleep at night. Rooms are clean and comfy. its just 24minutes to Panchavati temple. Lot of nearby attractions can be done.

May be they could add 1 extra cafe in a small space with some reading books.

Nothing to like as my booking cancelled by hotel

The staff who doesnt no which room r available and whixh nt.... Keep me hold over phone around 1 hour

Beautiful property. We have enjoyed our stay there for two nights. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Staff at the reception desk and breakfast place were very friendly and helpful. Duty manager Joheb was very helpful for resolving refund for the Breakfast which we did not have since we were checking out early and by mistake they charged me for that. I appreciate a lot.
