Hotel employee from the front desk and Hotel employee from the restaurant were superb

staff is kinda lackadaisical. they need to learn how to treat guests at Marriott, even when the answer is no it needs to be said politely and professionally.

Vintage Asia, a Chinese restaurant, had an amazing setting along with outstanding food. A nice buffet meal was served at an Indian restaurant named HOG as well. The apartments included an amazing large bed that was larger than a king. If asked, the staff was willing to provide items.

The toiletries were not available when we were handed over the room and hand towels were fewer. There is nothing to hang clothes in the restroom. The team needs further instruction in training and hospitality. This is reported as the property is good and a certain minor adjustment can be great.

Breakfast. South Indian food was amazing. Mr. Prem served well and respectfully treated my senior citizen mother.

Cable TV was not working with the single remote. Both the time technician had to be called.

I liked the food and cleanliness.

They should start keeping a hand wash in the washroom . Soaps no body uses anymore and it's not hygienic according to me. Service is very slow and they also keep the AC off in the lobby area at the reception I don't know why . Though it's monsoon but it's also humid and hot.

Staff is very co operative... Rooms are Very neat and clean.... Breakfast was amazing.... Value for money..... Nice to see again and again.....

Driver should be allowed to stay free which was not there. this is not GOOD

Great Stay

Some security person came to the room at around 10:30 pm asking about some issue with the phone in the room. Called it a hookup issue . Was insisting on coming in the room. Found it very weird. We didnt let him in and both the phones in the room were working fine.

We book the room for 3 adults with additional bed, however all other facilities like towel, brush, mug, glass etc are for 2 members only. We have to pursue to get the things done. The bathroom door lock is not functional. The ordered food promised to deliver in 20 minutes, but got it in 50 minutes.

Food - service very bad - waiters don't know proper English to communicate and the worst part is roomservice order was worst part. 1- I told them while booking it's my anniversaryPlz provide cake no cake was provided 2- no room freshener it's look like room was not fresh smell 3- I order room service first of all the guy who took order can't speak properly don't know what options available then some how I ordered, Order was wrong - I ask 2 bhakari they give only one - I ask for shrimp wok tossed stirfy they gave chicken. I ask for salt they gave after 45 mins I guess they ruined my anniversary one of the worst stay - I had. Morning breakfast rotton smelly mussely and oats. But chef accept the mistake and prepared fresh one. I asked French vanilla cappuccino the waiter said yes but what I received was not even a cappuccino. Hillarious I left the coffee and came to room. Spa has no couple room. Overall stay was ok comfort was ok but food n service were pathetic. I ask the front desk please ask duty manager to call me they said ok but no calls no msg at least have courtesy to call . A star hotel shouldn't be ignoring these kind of things. Raddison and treat hotels are much better. I heated courtyard is good

Very Nice breakfast spread . Live counters as well as many regional dishes were on buffet ! Very cordial staff . We had some misunderstanding for extra bed charges as hotel was booked for 3 person . We have explained to staff & then Mr.Pranav has sorted this issue without any extra charge ! Normally hotel staff give standard reply but they have listen patiently & understood & solved to our satisfaction! We shall always stay in this hotel , during our next trips for service, breakfast , comfort !

Absolutely Courteous staff. Front Desk senior Lady Manager and Receptionist accommodating us in the midnight, though our reservation was confirmed wrongly for same day but asper the check in time for next morning also the reservation was non refundable. Mr. Saqib and the senior manager understood the situation and helped us by cancelling the wrong reservation and accommodated us with a room. We are thankful for the hospitality and kind gesture by the manager and staff of the courtyard Marriott Nasik. We will cherish the stay for we have received warm hospitality

We went for religious purpose and wanted to stay close to Panchavati. This is the closest 5 star hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. Good valet service. Attentive staff.

Everything … the driver Accomodation was pathetic , unclean without even a fan . You guys treat the working class very badly

check in time was too long.parking was insufficientno proper place for driver to stay & that too chargeable.

Good clean room, size ok for 2 people with 1 kid upto 12 years. The gallery carpet outside the room (4th Floor) was stained at different places maybe the property needs to get that sorted out for it to look better.

Had a masala peanut starter at the bar which had a peculiar taste of the peanuts being old/stale. Had reported it to the team but no major action except for the server lady spoke with the manager and nothing happened. Had dinner at the Asian Restaurant the server was very nice. Had ordered Hakka Noddle and Kung Pao Chicken - the noddle's were slightly hard and not properly cooked and the chicken was a bit hard as well (maybe they didnt use a broiler). So overall i think the hotel can improve the food for sure.

Lot of item also, Maharashtrian menu Room dining order in time, joury bhakri baigan batata very tastyHospitality, all your staff, very, very good

BREAKFAST NEEDS TO CHANGE EVERYDAY AS WE STAYED FOR 7 DAYSACCESS CARD WOULD NOT WORK SOMETIMES

No Tv channels tuned into tv . Had to mirror phone to watch any thing.
