AEROSTOP HOTEL & RESTAURANT

The staff are lovely and warm. They are always welcoming.

The plumbing system is nit good. The drains in the shower, lavatory is not working and the water closet is blocked and won't flush.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast!

Everything is perfect!

This hotel is cheapish and cheerful. It was a good place to lay your head. The staff were very helpful and I really like the decor, especially the tables and chairs in the restaurant. The welcome drink was appreciated. the amenities pack was also appreciated.

The bed length is a little bit small. The AC units was noisy. The bathroom looked like it still needed the floor to be completed.

generally the staff was excellentthe pool was nicethe security guard was very attentive and helpful.

the seating in the dining room was uncomfortablethe food choices could be looked atthe dirty pool at the back was an unpleasant site to have as a viewsmoking everywhere around the pool, outside dining area was not pleasant at all. perhaps a designated smoking area would be great.

Breakfast is excellent and he employees are very helpful, kind and respectful

No phone inside the room.

Quiet location! Hotel is pretty, clean and conveniently located near the centre of Plaridel, Bulacan which I often visit...

None!

Clean and staff are accomodating.

Quite a bit far in the proper city.

Cleanliness. No stink smell. Cool place. Accommodating staff. Easy transaction. Secured

The location is a bit far from the main highway. Tho it is a good spot since it is quiet.

Clean. Staff pleasant. Has swimming pool.

No elevator.

Location is near to expressway exit.n

The room is smells like urine.the comfort room smells like feces. The bedsheet is obviously not change new. it was not ironed. and has lot of waves and folds. bad experience.

Swimming pool

Room, bathroom very very poor not value for money

Staff members are very welcoming.

The toilet bowl does not have any cover and the air condition was really noisy. Maybe it can be replaced as soon as possible as it looks old.

near to my friend’s place and the free breakfast

outdated, still uses keys

food is delicious and the place is peaceful

the front desk staff should be more courteous and helpful

First the plus points: Staff were great and very hard working. Bed comfortable with clean bedding and towels. Aircon good all be it a little noisy at night. The pool clean, and the gym had everything you could need. The restaurant was also good although last orders at 7.30 was a bit early.

Missing is a good hotel supervisor. He or she should pick up, and rectify, the following points, which will turn reviews from 7 to 9 in no time. Gym mirrors and windows not been cleaned for a long time, thus lowering the quality the gym brings to the hotel. On checking our room they would have seen the broken toilet seat (reported but still not repaired), the dust in the filter of the aircon (making that less efficient), and the dirt on both sides of the door to the room where people used their shoes to open and close it. Sort out all that and the hotel becomes a 9.

Staff, location, cleanliness, pool everything was just fantastic

I like the food and the swimming pool

A little bit of plug to charge our phones

Accommodating staff

Many of the staff were on OJT particularly in the resto, a bit inefficient, not telling us in advance the food in menu which were not available. It took quite a long time for order to be taken as well as food to be served. The reception desk is often unmanned. The resto/ kitchen staff had to attend to our inquiry. Toiletries/Grooming kit not replenished, still need to ask twice before they get delivered.

Very poor

The room is to small Toilet to to small and dirtyNo cleaning no changing towels? The staff are not friendly

Everything from the facilities, foods, reception, and its room.

Just the flow of water from the shower.
