the location is very good and strategic.the room and facilities also so good,clean and usefull,spacious my first time but i love your place and will come again for next trip

everything is perfect,but just 1..theres no cafe tapi bukan masalah utama because hipster cafe,halal food also easy to find and very near the hotel.

Location was strategic. Big room. Toilet clean.

Check in was seamless, the receptionist was friendly. We thought we book a small hotel but the hotel is actually very big. They have a giraffe display on one of the floors and it was beautiful. We booked the family room and it was exceptionally big with all the amenities provided. My parents were happy with the room.

The parking is quite limited, even after office hours. There were a lot of night clubs around so getting a parking spot was quite difficult. So our parking was quite a distance from the hotel. But thankfully all the parking was free.

The hotel was clean, and the location was very strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. However, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning, which affected the comfort of my stay. I hope this can be improved for future visits.

My 2-day, 1-night stay was average. While the hotel was clean and conveniently located, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope this issue can be resolved for future guests. The staff were polite, but this experience could have been better with proper room maintenance.

We have stayed at Win many times almost every time we are at Sibu and it never disappoints. The room is spacious and the location perfect towards where we need to head to in the city center.

car parking is very limited and it is difficult for me to park the car and be exposed to any number of people and it is quite difficult to carry things

No bedside chargers. All the electric sockets were opposite the bed at the desk area

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was big and spacious with lots of space around.

There is some smell coming from the sewage or piping in the toilet that can be slightly off putting.

Clean, spacious, quiet, nice smell, food and outdoor activities within walking distance. Car parking convenient if you come at the appropriate time. Nice place to stay for a one night traveller.

Nothing much except slightly secluded from main city centre, which is a plus in fact..

My stay was great. Great location too with lots of eateries, convenient stores and massage parlour nearby. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and fast.

The location of hotel is just a walking distance to restaurants, bubble tea shops, convenience store, pharmacy & such. This is our second time staying in Win Hotel. Recommended to all.

We were staying at Level 8, Room 803. We could hear intermittent sound of people moving the trolleys around the hotel. Might be due to the room is located next to the store? Other than that, everything is fine.

The place is at the riverbank of Batang Rajang. If you are lucky, your room will give you the best view of the river. The place is quiet despite a lot of bars surrounding it. If you lazy to go faraway to eat, there’s many place around for you to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Of course parking space. Not easy to get a parking space near to the hotel!

The room was massive with wall to wall windows facing the river. Bright room! Amenities are basic but clean
