OTEL Hotel Suite

The room was very noisy. In the morning and afternoon, the cleaning staff would gather at the balcony in front of my room and have noisy conversations there for long time. Guests would be awaken by them in the morning and in the afternoon, guests couldn't have quiet rest in the room. Room number is 1010.

The wifi connection is always breaking in 4th floor. Very disturbing especially when you need to use the connection for work.

Conveniently located close to the food and shopping groceries outlet. Walking distance. The hotel room is spacious and very clean

Already few years stay here. All towels become old, wash room shampoo not complete, bed sheet already broken.,,as a hotel, Pls change and renew it.

The bed was fine, the water was hot though the shower head put water everywhere.

Where to start? We didn't know in advance about Oktoberfest. The music downstairs was SO LOUD and thumping until midnight on Friday, until almost 1am on Saturday. We had to get up and out by 6am, so this was terrible, missing the whole point of getting a hotel room---to sleep! The "balcony" was blocked in to over 5 feet, so not view, only light. There is no closet, just a hanging area, where I very unfortunately left my swimsuit hanging to dry (from our lovely hotel with pool in KL). I have called and emailed, asking the hotel to send it to me, offering to pay the postage. They say they will, but so far nothing, 3 months later. Don't bother staying here!

Room not clean, hairs everywhere when we checked in. We had to request for floor to be vacummed. Towels old, thin and torn but still provide to guest to use is unacceptable.

The place very convenience to find grocerries as just next door have Doremart and then find foods are alots. Have Peanuts Anchovies, Sushi Zanmai, Chagee, Boost, Tealive, Rotiboy. Just in 2 minutes you can find saloon & spa. The best part is; the parking is Free. The room are spacious & comfy as we stay Empire Loft Room Type. The staff very friendly. The room have coffee machine.

Nothing much to comment as everything is superb. My suggestion maybe you can consider to add in 1 item in the room is small fridge. Then it such a completely room service for us to put like drinks. Hope you can consider it. Thanks.

Housekeeping staffs are very noisy chatting, loud video calls and playing loud social medias along the corridor to the rooms. Can hear very clearly and loud like in fish market

The hotel is located in a small shopping complex called Han's, with a supermarket, pharmancy, several restaurants, a hawker centre, and a variety of other shops. So, basically you don't really need to go anywhere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was fresh and clean. Pretty good wifi as well. Be aware that when taking a Grab taxi that there is also the other Otel, which is in the same complex, but just a few minutes walk away. So tell the driver you need to go to Otel Suites (on the corner). There is also a nice lounge area where you can sit if you have checked out already.

The only minor thing was that there was a strange sewage-like smell in the bathroom on our second day there, but when we told the reception about it, the smell was gone the next day. Not sure what they did, but it worked!

i like the bed and the room space..comfortable

As muslim, i prefer the bathroom with proper wall rather than the mirror as if people from outside still can see what you do in the bathroom. After all, the tv channel are not functioning properly...dont know why

The accommodation is very convenient. There are food and supermarkets downstairs

The hotel had a musty smell which was very uncomfortable. I was forced to change rooms in the middle of the night because the electrical box in the original room was very noisy.

The location, lots of eateries and shops, supermarkets in the same premises. In general pleasant and.warm.

Hard to find parking, especially at night.. No.prepare lucnh for children

The lift was broken down during my visit and I was located at 3rd floor and have to use stairs everyday

The location is good and it has chagee downstairs and ATM machine of Maybank. It has a supermarket with fruit and many eateries around

The noise of next door. I could hear clearly every single conversation next door I didn't sleep well for the first two days and with door bang. The lift was broken and I had to walk up the stairs when my eyes are not good. The next door opened and closed I could hear it so loud. The children cries were loud and the lobby noise was clear on floor one. Pick top floor is better. Quieter. The pillow was too fat and too difficult to go softer. It was too high for me to sleep on. Five nights there was a stressful one for me

The bed is comfortable.good location. Provided iron when needed, and promptly changed the faulty kettle.

Day 2 and 3 of my stay the lift had a very bad smell and it persisted for more than 2 days. The balcony was filthy with an old empty water bottle with some unknown black coloured thing in it. Clearly the balcony wasn't cleaned. Would be better if they provided cutleries in the room, as it was "not available" when I called room service
