Everything is bad

Order online didn't tell customer without windows.. when arrive and ask counter to change the room with window but the counter say can't change... this is very bad counter service for me.. another hotel or inn can process to change the room but this inn very very bad service for all... NEVER booking this NICE STAY again anymore

Near the Sibu night market, wet market and it is easy to walk around the Sibu town also get a nice food

The room was small and had a bad smell. It smells like a smoke from cigarettes. Maybe the previous person who stayed there smoking inside the room. Television channels at least can be upgraded to a variety channel.

Very noisy even after midnight not sure whether from the staff or other customers. The room is a little bit small but it's ok. The pillow is too thin too.

Location

Small room,Smalltoilet, not clear got ant,no shower head, broken toilet seat,at night too noisy because too near to ktv.

The front desk staffs were helpful. The staffs were friendly too. Great location, value for money. I didnt mind the small room as I was mostly outside during the day.

A bit noisy in the morning when the staffs started cleaning as early as 7-8 am.

Clean and good staff .

The room too small, narrow and not include with cupboard or anything to hange the clothes. No drinking water for free, no iron, no bathtub,no hairdyer, no jug kettle as at the advertised. Only towel,tv, ac,and chair for dressing table. The room no window and smelly smoke. I dont expected this room will be this type. As the advertised i dont get they will be giving me this room without window.

strategy place.

I was expecting the room I choose same as the picture. water pressure also low. the pillows too thin unable to sleep comfortably.

Very cheap price.

Not so clean. Door handle broken. Smell of smoke.

good location

the entire hotel is run down. the lobby ceiling is bad. i get it, the price is due to the small room but what is up with the lobby ceiling?

It's small but very practical, definitely suitable for budget-conscious people. The bed is very comfortable

Location only

Room paint badly cause by condensation, room wet drain during raining, toilet keep leaking and cause annoying sound,tv channel very bad, towel to small, shower water slow and electric always trip most of all while check out no one at front desk i have to wait 1 hour and have to make a call for check out after that asking me to leave a key, remote and towel at the an-attended counter, leaving hotel without signing anything, during my stay.overall very bad and need improvement.

Great Location. Located at the centre of Sibu city. Short distance walk to Night Market and Central Market and other landmarks.

Rooms are not as clean as and as well lit as advertised on booking.com (pictures).

Meet the budget, town centre, easy going to the destination planned

No sound prove,quite noisy

good stff..very friendly ..location very good

dificult for car parking

It’s centrally located, so it’s very close to all the life’s convenience. Rajang River is just a short walk away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the waterfront - a nice place for an evening stroll or to watch the sunset. There is a shopping mall nearby as well. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was good.

The room is small, okay for one person. It was a little dirty. I found strands of women’s hair on the floor. The were also baby cockroaches and ants. The receptionist should be more courteous and welcoming. TV channels should be upgraded.

i like the location. suitable for pit stop before continue journey from miri to kuching. we can easily go to sibu night market.

location at the heart of city so its hard to find parking.

I loved the beds, they were so comfy and nice. The location was also very strategic for sight-seeing and just next to the pasar malam! The staff in charge was amazing and very hospitable! We had a lovely stay, thank you!

The room was a little small but other than that everything else was alright.
