- Location very good, 5 minutes from Share Jeep Taxi Stand. Room large, clean, bed good with warm blanket on it. Kettle was an advantage to make hot water bottle. The receptionist are so nice and good. Room is modern, they even provide hot water for drink.i like this place, All facilities available, awsome restaurant and the food was very good
Cons -
- 5 bed dorm a little cramped. Move beds around, or remove one.
- If The bed sheet could be washed more clean or replace a new one. It would be much better. Consider the room fee. I think it is acceptable.
- Several hours of frenzied barking of dogs both nights we were there meant we didn't sleep well either night.

Several hours of frenzied barking of dogs both nights we were there meant we didn't sleep well either night.
Great location, excellent facilities, great food and very courteous staff.
Room on top floor, no lift
At first I must say a beautiful place to reside with excellent service..well furnished rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable...good quality foods... highly recommended..
Staff including manager were cordial. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was tasty.
All was good.
A beautiful place, with courteous staffs. Excellent fooding. The only place to stay if you're in Ravangla
The room boys were very helpful.
The manager was arrogant. There was no water in the kitchen at night as a result there was no food. The manager said that we won't get food very arrogantly, and didn't even bother to explain to us the situation in detail. Didn't even offer to arrange for some dinner. We had to roam around finding restaurants, with family at night.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
