The room was big and had a nice view. The air conditioning was very efficient. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom was not clean.

Bathroom door lock can't be use.Bedsheets got old blood stained.Wall needs be be cleaned regularly. Also got old stained.

They had an in-house restaurant that made room deliveries. You can order from your room and food gets delivered.

I saw a cockroach in the toilet which kind of questioned the cleaniness of the location.

Need minor maintenance + regular room cleaning.

Location was okay. The shower was okay as it had heated water.

The first thing was the air conditioning was not working. We checked in the afternoon and it was very very warm. The walls were black as it attracted heat with a nonworking air conditioning. The smell that came from the bathroom was terrible. The lighting in the room we stayed was very dim. Overall upkeep of the room was bad. There was no place for us to hang our clothes, there were stains on the bedsheet etc. The staff did help us locate another room but the bathroom condition as in the smell from it way worst. Understand that it is a budget hotel but the basic things such as cleanliness, room / bathroom maintenance should be kept.

everything was great.. the room was excellent .. the bed was clean and it was so peaceful

Very dirty, dust on the window, spider web on top of the wall, found cigarette ashes in the bin means that someone smoked in the room before I checked in, basin leaking out on the floor when brushing teeth, electric shower not hot at all. staff honest told me my room definitely no WiFi connection.

Convenient to park the car.

The receptionist was nice , room are not that spacious but just nice and comfortable for two people

The bathroom was meh. The hot water in the shower was not hot. The mirror ( the bathroom door) was dirty, the windows and curtains was dusty.

The house keeping will inform you to go to reception first before they could come and clean your room even if you are already hanging the clean tag sign on the door knob.Room not prepared when check in. No towel,need to request.bed sheet dirty.

The location, cleanliness, the facilites, the cafe

I put a notice for make room bed. When i came back after work, still the same , no make up room done. Please do an at least 1 inspection everyday.

Many beds for cheap price (can fit 5 adults)

Close to the town. Quite stay and no noise from the traffic.

Very disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly, cob webs and dusty. We chose a room with two double bed to make sure that we will have a very comfortable sleep. The bed was not cleaned properly as strains of hair was still there and the room was smelly. The floor was a bit sticky at some spots. The toilet was horrible for me as the wall was very dirty. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but there were an obvious cigarettes' smell. Cigarettes' ashes can be seen near the window seal.
