    • The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious local dishes. It was a great way to start the day and get a taste of the local flavors. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and there was plenty of choice to suit different tastes. Highly recommend trying the breakfast if you’re staying here!
    • The hotel is centrally located in the city, close to many dining options, which is quite convenient.
    • It’s very clean, even we stayed only 1 night but we’re very happy. The pool is clean as well. Especially the breakfast is fantastic with lots of good the Vietnamese food. Best breakfast in the hotel that’s we ever been. The host the very friendly and supportive. Thank you for everything?. If we come back to Quy Nhon, we will definitely come back here

    Cons -

    • The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, with everything in good working condition. It was comfortable and tidy, which I appreciated. However, the room didn’t have any windows, which made it feel a bit closed-in and stuffy at times. If natural light or ventilation is important to you, this might be something to consider. Overall, still a good stay if you’re not sensitive to enclosed
    • Although there is a basement, cars still have to be parked outside on the road. The room was not clean:- Previous guest’s clothes (a bra) were left behind and not removed by the hotel.- Chargeable drinking water from a previous guest was not checked or replaced.- The pillowcase was dirty (When we pointed it out, the host insisted the stain couldn’t be washed out) but they never replace it.- There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The room layout was poorly designed:- The air conditioner was installed near the entrance, so the room didn’t get cool.- The bathroom walls were made of glass, which didn’t offer much privacy.- The sink had very limited counter space, so they had to place hotel amenities on the TV stand. The breakfast experience was uncomfortable:- Most breakfast items were not homemade but bought from outside.- While guests were eating, the receptionist swept the floor and trash nearby, which was both impolite and unhygienic as dust flew around the dining area.- During the meal, the overly enthusiastic host constantly talked about the food and insisted we try certain dishes, which felt a bit pushy. She also loudly scolded her staff in front of guests, which made the whole experience unpleasant and disrupted our appetite.

Excellent, very clean, and newly built boutique hotel, which is family owned & operated and very well appointed.....and pet friendly! The nightly tariff was surprisingly cheap tooThe hotel has everything needed for a great night's (or several) stay. It includes 2x elevators, undercover parking lot (ground level sufficient for many scooters or 1-2 vehicles), and rooftop infinity pool (though only small - suited for a cool off during summertime). The hotel is conveniently located near many cafes and restaurants, the seafront area, and convenience stores....less than 5 minutes walk to anything you may need. (I found Quy Nhon to be like Nha Trang, but much better, and without all the tourism impacts that have adversely affected and spoilt, Nha Trang). My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable but a little small in size, with its own private bathroom. The room contained a bed that was really comfortable and soft, yet supportive with a mattress topper. However, the queen bed was against the wall that had a large window - it could be a bit awkward for access if two people were using the bed. It also was air-conditioned (worked excellent), had a wall mounted fan, a flatscreen TV (Netflix available), a mini bar fridge (stocked with beverages), a wardrobe and one bedside table. WiFi was also available with a good, stable, strong signal throughout the entire property.Just like the room, the private bathroom was very clean, functional, and modern. It boasted a shower with very good hot water and adequate water pressure. The only faults or problems I experienced were;• Housekeeping entered my room in the morning without knocking. The person just used their access card and walked straight inside whilst I was still in bed!!• The standby light on the TV is very bright and was a bit disturbing during the night.

My family had a short trip to Quy Nhon city then booked a room in Bel-air hotel. The room was super clean, the staff were amazing, great location. The hotel itself was completed new. The check in time was 14.00pm but we were welcomely allowed to check in early and the instruction was clear noted. Gerenerally, all was perfect and highly recommend you stay in this place.
