AC could be a problem. Can only turn down to 20 degree but sometimes even 20 degree there feels a bit hot

Location to beach was great. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the view was amazing - we could see all over the city and up the beach. Staff were very friendly

It appears that the hotel caters mainly for Vietnamese tourists so the English wasn't as good as we would've liked. We didn't actually see any other non-Vietnamese guests so this is probably not a priority. When we did have an issue with the language, there was always a supervisor around to assist.

In-room facilities including the bathroom fittings and the automatic controls located at the bed head. The non-plastic toothbrush and toothpaste pouch are to be complimented.

No complimentary drinking water in the room.

Nice clean room, beautiful view of the ocean, very friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of options, amazing pool and a good gym.

This was a really, really nice hotel with incredibly helpful staff that really wanted to make your day better. The rooms were immaculate, room service was great, and the the 41st floor restaurant had great views and surprisingly affordable prices for a good menu. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in this town

Water will leak out after taking a shower, need use towel.No air condition in the elevetor, it's important if people crowed/hot/sweat together in small place.The smell...................need fresh air.

Location was perfect across the road from the beach & cafes . We loved the decor & setting of the rooftop breakfast restaurant & choice of foods & service was great. Pool area was well designed & we enjoyed a complimentary foot massage in the spa. The receptionist Min( Huyen) & Kinh were very helpful with local tours & any other information we needed. Our room had a great view of the sweeping beach.Would thoroughly recommended this hotel.

Amazing hotel and the staff are very helpful, only criticism is the pool should be heated as it’s not in the sun.

We came across this hotel quite by chance and enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. The room was beautiful with a view of the sea. The staff were so helpful. The food excellent. We used the spa and enjoyed our massages very much. The pool is great. We would recommend and hope that we will stay there again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight got delayed until night time, the staff was very nice to offer late check out for us until 1pm which we were really appreciated. Room was spacious and cleaned. The location is convenient and closed to everywhere. We also enjoyed the spa and pool there.

New, modern, stylish, exceptional service and super friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is really nice and very fresh. It was completed in 2023, and as of spring 2025, guests are only accommodated in rooms above the 30th floor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the bathtub, the motorized curtains, and the air conditioning—it’s efficient and quiet. There’s a pleasant restaurant on the 41st floor and a spa on the 3rd floor. Excellent value for money. The staff is friendly and reasonable, except for one strange incident (details below). They gifted a 20-minute foot massage. The building offers a stunning view of the entire city and is one of the 2-3 tallest buildings in town as of 2025.

There were two things I didn’t like:1. When we set the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the hotel staff did something strange—they called our room phone (waking us up) to confirm whether we really wanted "Do Not Disturb" since they needed to clean the room. We had to ask them to let us sleep and skip the cleaning. Keep this in mind if you have jet lag or like to sleep in.2. The room is well soundproofed, but right next to the building (facing the port), there seems to be some kind of patriotic cultural venue. Maybe we were just unlucky, but we woke up at 7:20 AM to loud patriotic songs blasting through a microphone—perfectly audible even from the 34th floor. Even earplugs didn’t help. This was an unpleasant surprise. That day, the music and shouting lasted from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I suspect this happens more often during peak season.

For the price this is an amazing hotel! Room was the size of an apartment, great views and we loved the bath! The fitness centre, pool and spa was perfect, especially as it rained while we were there. Hotel had everything you needed.

The restaurant is overpriced and portions were tiny (shrimp tacos were microscopic!!), would recommend just having a drink at the rooftop bar and eating elsewhere.

The staff were great, especially Nga. I was not feeling well and even though she was not working, she arranged food for me and kept checking in. Knowing you have someone looking out for you while alone in another country is absolutely priceless.

I didn't do enough research beforehand. The beach is public so there is almost no beach services like loungers, cabanas etc. The trade off is I got a very quiet beach holiday. The shower head was too close to the shower door and the bathroom floor would be wet everytime I showered.

We liked everything about this hotel its very clean.The rooms are big with a great side view of the ocean.The staff at the front desk go out of their way.Helped us booking a bus to Hanoi etc.The pool area is out of this world.Never made it to level42 as there was an event on international women's day.

Quy Nonhn is not set up for tourism at all.The beach is lovely.There is not much to see and do.If you are pushed for time skip the destination.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. The location is amazing, right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice toiletries.Really nice big comfy bed and a nice fruit bowl was provided in the room which was nice touch.

I only had one night there!
