The boom boom bar across the street,we had to wear ear plugs every night to get to sleep

The hotel facility, room, pool were excellent! Views are amazing.

There is a loud club that plays music until midnight every night. Unfortunately I could hear it from my room but it's not really any fault of the hotel themselves

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and looked after. In particular, the breakfast staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly with the large number of guests.

Many of the other guests during our stay were part of large organised tour groups. Their behaviour and volume made my stay less comfortable. I reflected for some time about whether I should post this, because it’s not really the hotel’s fault. However, ultimately I would have booked a different hotel had I known this, so I decided that it’s fair to share.

Absolutely amazing!! Staff were amazing, very friendly and very attentive! The room was gorgeous, very big, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. The breakfast was great too, lots of selection and made fresh. The rooftop pool was amazing, spent a full day up there, amazing! Highly recommend!

It's my second time to book this hotel. It's clean and hygienic, with a good environment. If you like it, you can book it. I have recommended it to my friends.

The female worker who cleans the room is fast and efficient. The body wash in the toilet certainly smells wonderful.

It's a great hotel, the bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are great. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff.

The hotel is very nice, new, rooms are clean, service at the ground floor, pool, and spa are excellent. The guy at the reception was rude, unwelcoming to the point where it's nearly hostile, and forced us to pay in advance for our room. When we brought laundry to the reception thinking it would be easier for them, he berated us and told us 5 times that we should leave it in our room next time (we understood the first time).The lady at reception tried scamming us when we were checking out. She showed us a photo of a dirty towel and told us we have to pay for it. When I told her this was impossible and that lets go up to the room together to check, she quickly said the cleaning service made a mistake and it wasn't our room, even though she did not receive any message. Clearly tried to scam us. We loved quy nhon but we are for sure not going to stay at this hotel next time because of rude and dishonest reception staff.

A 10/10 even for western standards. This was my favorite hotel during our two week trip. Beautiful decor, super clean, awesome bathrooms, comfortable bed, great location, great rooftop bar, and superb breakfast buffet!

Beautiful hotel, very elegant - interesting mix of modern and retro. Our room was comfortable and stylish, spotlessly clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the noise from a bar / nightclub down the street - throbbing techno at 11pm - impossible to sleep. The receptionist helpfully allowed us to move to a room on the other side of the building that night. She thought the bar , might be particularly loud because of the Tet holiday, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Noise from the bar. My advice is to get a room without a balcony - as these are on the side of the hotel which is quiet, and you still get a sea view.

The hotel was beautiful and close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. It was nice staying in this beautiful hotel and the decorations during the tet holiday made it even more beautiful.

Very comfortable, and very friendly and helpful owner! I also had an issue with my room which got fixed very quickly which was good.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was a great size for being in the center of a tourist area. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, great location next to the city center, with restaurant/cafe/supermarket options right by it.

Everything about our stay here for three nights was excellent! The friendly hospitality, a great location, new very clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing they asked when and what we liked and it was always ready special for us including their own local homemade items.

Close to the restaurant, it was happened they’ve soccer competition so very noisy. We’re up on levels 11 but we still heard on the noises.

The staffs were nice and friendly except for the checking person she was not friendly.

When parties are held in a nearby bar, it can be noisy even with the windows closed, but this is not exactly the hotel's problem.

BADFor some reason my comments about this please were removed I wonder who did that. front desk can’t speak English at all!Breakfast had very little selection Location is at the end of the beach about 2 blocks inland there other hotels with way better locationsThey charge me at check out for a laundry bag 15 Canadian dollars!! Housekeeping took pictures of the room and all personal items to show there was a cheap laundry bag there when we were there,we have been travelling in Vietnam for 2 months now and this place was the worst by far, if they remove my comments again I will continue to repost them

Beautiful building and decorated beautifully

We went for drinks at the bar on the roof top in the evening and the music was very explicit. Breakfast was a weird experience, there were a lot of staff present, however no one served us. Coffees were also not included in the breakfast.
