Crown Retreat Quy Nhon

The nicest people on the planet took care of us in our brief but incredible stay. The infinity pool was sparkling and out of this world. Staying under the gaze of the magnificent Buddha was heavenly. The food was exceptional.

Toilet and shower was not so clean . Also water was coming out from shower room . Inside many mosquitoes and Lizards was coming easily . Restaurant food was so bad but they charged almost 50$ for standard lunch . It was really poor quality food .

I love the beach and the pool . The colour of the pool at first made me hesitated to swim, but after checking carefully with their staff,the pool is actually clean, but the colour of the tile makes it look like not hygiene.

There was a tiny bug flying around our bodies right after sitting down in the room, so we were quite annoyed with this . But after I informed the resort and they did treatment,all OK. We explained that this resort is eco-friendly and now is the season of that bug. Somehow,all good after that .excellent view for breakfast

Beautiful beach, that’s all

Everything. - The staffs are not helpful- The toilet & bathroom are super small- The bungalow was not clean, I got ichy during sleep.- The restaurant had a lot of fly, I was worried a lot about the hygiene and food safety matter. - There was no water to wash sand in front of the bungalow so the floor was so dirty

It’s a bit run down. Their bungalows are extremely small.

First is that I upgraded my room to a different room and they charged me way more money than if I had booked that upgraded room on booking directly. The room was extremely small and not really good value for the price. They are far from everything . The food they provide wasn’t even good and they didn’t remove the white vein in their steak which got caught in between my teeth and had teeth pain for about 4 days. It was because they undercooked the steak as well that’s why the vein was extremely tough (which they should have removed ) . They dealt with that situation horribly. I have up eating the food and all they did was apologize (once ) . I then ask them for ice to hold on my swollen gums and teeth . They took about 40 minutes to get me ice …. Mind you they didn’t offer any discounts on the food that got me hurt. Was problably one of the worst resort I had been to for the price. Terrible value .

Nice and quiet place. The view, the beach, and the bungalow are all wonderful. The staff was supportive and effective. Perfect breakfast and a very good restaurant.

A bit far from the city but somehow it also keep the place quiet.

The stuff, specially at the pool bar and restaurant speakers barely english.Resort is far from the city it takes about 30’ to get in the city.

Beautiful views across the beach, friendly staff, very well kept grounds. We had a very happy few days here. The beach is well looked after opposite the hotel.

The food was disappointing given the price of the resort and knowing how delicious Vietnamese food can be. Limited seafood/fish options despite being a seaside resort. Although the bungalows are beautiful, you may be surprised at how small the shower and toilet is.

The hotel was very disappointing with poor amenities and service. The room rates were high, but the quality of service didn't match. I won't return and would advise others to think twice before booking here.

The breakfast is not fit for this kind of price range hotel.Charging extra for a Americano coffee ( or anything non Vietnamese coffee) i find it very cheapThe pool is big but too bare, too few sundbeds and parasols.English skills very basic, besides the Manager which was very friendly and helpful

If you are only looking for a good price, take this hotel. However, if you also value service a little, I would strongly advise not to choose this Crown Retreat resort.A pool bar which is not stocked and you have to wait 25 minutes for a warm bottle beer. Personal highlight “the late check out” at 2pm arranged during the check in. On the day of the check out. From 5 past 12.00 my cell phone + room phone rang continuously. Giving a note to the agreed late check out, the receptionist wanted to check this. Only to tell me on the next call 5min later that I was wrong and if I didn't check out immediately I would be charged 50% for another day. You have to be able to afford to call your customer a liar.Customer service at it it’s best.

I liked the location, and amazing room. The pool is also amazing. Not crowded, however pool bar was absolutely closed.

Crown Retreat Quy Nhon is located at a great location with mixture of beatiful seaview and long sandy beach. The room is fully equiped with anything we need for our getaway trip, balcony with sunlight, bed with quality matress with sofa and make-up/ working table. Small amentities provided in the room like umbrella and straw hats are also really thoughtful.

Next time we will stay in the old room that we used to stay on the right side of the resort. This newly-built room is on the left side of the resort which is great and gives us more privacy but there's not much sightseeing from this side. I prefer the side with long lawn (grass) in front of the room, especially the sun bed to chill and sunbath on the balcony.

Friendly Stuff. The ocean is close. Seaview villas have good views.

Many insects around room and restaurant. Roof on the terrace, but it gets wet when it rains.
