Hello, i visited this property for my vacation. Plus point that is close to the market and all the major attraction points in coorg. Being Gujarati Jain , they served us Jain food which is bit difficult in these places.
Breakfast had limited options, but was a good one. The garden was well maintained, full marks. Has a coffee house with selected books to read if you need to laze around with a cuppa.
There was some repair work going on in the open area below our room, could have been avoided.
The staff was good.
At that price could have done better. Didn't have AC. The room smelled as if bathroom cleaner was used to clean the rooms.

No laundry service , huge trouble because of having treebo in between, lot of time waste because of improper communication

The sambar served with breakfast could be a lot better. The chutneys were excellent though.
the location of the property is absolute marvel, its bang in the highway, city centre is quite close proximity.Anyone booking this hotel, pls check out the neighbouring cafe - BIGCUP CAFE.
2 thingsthe cleanliness, there were cockroaches and other pestsoutside food strictly not allowed, not everyone wouldbe able to eat what is offered by the hotel, also the breakfast timing is 8-9:30 am.So pls allow guests to carry food from outside and pls get the pest control done.
Great food. The property was overall clean. Ample parking space. Ample space in the room. Couch and everything was good. Good bathroom. A very nice dining area.
No elevators. If you’re bringing elders, you’ll need a room on the ground floor only.
Breakfast was good and had good options. The chapatis for lunch were not good but the Owner was generous and they served us fulka (atta chapatis) based on our request. Also, they didn't have dosa in their menu but on our request, they served us dosa for dinner. Thanks!!Cafe is decorated nicely.
Hot water takes a while to come into tap, so you have to waste 1 bucket water to get hot water. This needs to be looked after to conserve water. Beds were not very comfy, couldn't sleep properly 1st night.

No lifts , we have to go 2 floors up. Also had leakage in the ceiling. The room was spacious but not utilised well and not much facilities . Too much money spent with no amenities. No much breakfast option

Our room contained multiple crayon stains and markers. There was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom.
