Place was nice.. Good number of things to do around. And a few things in the resort.

Rooms felt outdated. Expensive for what is being offered. Might be a good deal with membership packages and all that

Breakfast was better than the allacart dinner, in room dining menu

Terrible roads to access the property, given the fact that the property is at an isolated location and one cannot think of moving out for alternate food options of site seeing due to hassle of going through the bad road condition to enter and exit the property

The food choice and cleanliness was way below the standards. Having been a Club Mahindra corporate client since 2007, i see a decline in their menu choice.

A beautiful place. Very clean and cosy room. Friendly staff. Great buffet.

Rooms were very dated and not clean. Even the fridge and microwave were very old. Had to complain to even get a toilet paper. The host didn't inform us of breakfast included in our package until we asked for me. They are quite unresponsive . Not a 5star worthy at all

Huge property, plenty of services to go for and have an amazing fun filled stay. Courteous and supportive staff.

The processing time for room allotment takes time, somehow their systems are always slow. So that can be looked at.

I loved the the way the whole property is maintained.

I felt at the Aromas restaurant, You should have had Local Delicacy. Local Cuisines like Akki roti, Pandi curry, Kadambattu , Crab curry is what makes Coorg. I was a little disappointed to see Kolkatta dum biryani, Andhra chicken curry so on and so forth.

The property has a very nice lobby with great views. There are many activities for families/ groups. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate family with 2 children or 3-4 adults.

The rooms were not clean. I found hair in the bathroom. I did not feel like using their soap and got my own. The buffet spread was ok, not much taste and cold too.

Excellent food, though expensive. Very efficient staff. Very nice places for walking within tbe resort. E xcellent car park. This was our second stay.

The road leading to the resort is in very bad condition

It was surrounded by nature and was a very relaxing location. Coffee plantations and bird watching was the highlight for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balcony gave us a chancento enjoy mornings and evening nature and bird calls.Poolside snackbar was amazing.Lot if activities were available which we could not participate dur to time constraints.I got sick and there was a nurse to help with that.Food available for breakfast is amazing selection appealing to all. I eapecially enjoyed filter coffee. I am missing it.Once we went there we cancelled our sightseeing and stayed at the resort. A great decision.

I wish the road patch to the resort is fixed. It rattled the whole car.?

Everything and every where ok no problems there

The property was good. It was serene and calm.Staff were friendly

The road to the property is in bad condition.Buffet had mostly Indian cusine. Plates were not cleared and kept piling up on the table.

On ur way to this property u may feel where are we heading…. Is this property for real . The roads are annoying.. No proper hoardings for drivers… but once u enter it it’s Bliss ,wonderful . Planning for rest and peace of mind . Ur are the right place but there is a catch…(Food is very Costly)

Property’s location is so remote that even getting a water bottle is tough task. Actually club Mahindra has planned this purposeful. U have to pay hefty amount for food ,for activities , for travel(I didn’t use it but I enquired in travel desk) .

Check in time was 02:00PM, but was asked to check out by 10:00AM. This was less than 24 hours even after paying high price
