The location is good. Great views of the Golf course.

The resort needs renovation. The decor is outdated, and the bed linen was old and tired.It was poor value for money.

Beautiful plants, lovely pool,enjoyed the bonfire.

There were no areas to sit outside in the greenery, no food/drink services outside the restaurant, no spa service, Staff was good but overworked; There was no place to walk or hike around. the view of the golf course was good but that was it.

Resort is big and decent . Big rooms and big bath rooms. Close to a golf course and was beautiful. Staff were helpful and good. Infinity pool was good

please concentrate on the hygiene. Bed sheets were not all clean. It was itchy .. Toilets were not clean. Electricity failures were very frequent and was very annoying . Breakfast per head was very expensive , so we had to go out .

Spacious room, clean bathroom, big balcony, infinity pool, very scenic with hill background ,best food spread for lunch, dinner and bfst.. cycling within the property..

Not very specific but the game room, billard and kids play area could be improved as it's small...since there is lot of space in the property these can be improved...

Considering overall facilities in the resort, the price was a bit high. The pool was just about decent and the facility did not have larger open spaces and also a spa or gym.

Overall experience, friendly staff, the view.I liked the room size, the bathroom was too spacious.The best part i lived their plant collection, very rare and unique.

The bed was not that comfortable..Food could better, it was a bit salty for me.

Breakfast level needs improvement, a fruit basket in the room to be provided

Great property, and well kept ! The staff is very friendly, set in the midst of the a golf link, just makes it a green paradise. A great choice for a relaxing weekend away!

Loved everything

Polite staff, clean rooms, good wifi connection and good food with really courteous staff in dining section who saved the place from getting any less ratings.You also have bicycle in case you want to cycle around the place.

Property isnt worth the price. Its a very small property unlike the pictures. Too commercialized, you will have to pay for everything extra including room service and minor stuff like namkeens and biscuits. Overally the property is good but not the price you pay.

Property was just ok, rooms were big.

Internet connection was very poor, staff had no set package for food. I felt what was being offered was not reasonable.

Everything else. Pathetic place. Rooms extremely untidy, bedsheets has spots all over them (had to change 4 bed covers), food was not up to the mark, corridors was extremely dirty and full of insects. The pathway has sprinklers to water the plants and sprinkles water on people walking on it. Poorly managed washrooms where no toiletries, towels had spot marks all over them.

Location, staff, food all good. But a bit expensive on the pricing as we stay in hotels and resorts throughout the year and compared to what you can get elsewhere for the same money this resorts pricing is high.

Cleanliness could be better. There were no ironboard or iron despite requesting for it. Mosquitoes are there but you would have it anywhere as it’s a forest area. Could do better with continental food. Sausages don’t need added chilli as there were many other Indian dishes for Indians. Scrambled eggs the chef needs to watch YouTube video and learn. Great masala omelette though.

The Property is good , very green and silent. Food is good , staffs are good , there are multiple games to play in evening and night. Swimming pool is big enough for good swimming but water is not very clean.

The internet network is very bad even though routers are there all over. People are working on the trip will get tough time. Swimming pool water was not clean. All site seen are 1 hour away near kushalnagar or Madhikere .
