We really loved the food & the hospitality! People are very helpful!

The hotel has renovations going all around which made it look quite shabby. Also, there was damp smell all around, including the room.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is well versed. Loved the hospitality.

Limited food choices at restuarant if you are a foodie

The staff are friendly. The location is great. The food is sumptuous and a choice for everyone. Overall a great experience. Would love to go back.

Not a good view from room.Not value for INR 5000/ Night. Maximum we can spend 2000-3000.Other than swimming pool, No other activities in the resort.Even though food is good, but the price is more.

Food price found high. Room price also high.The rooms and fittings are very old. Linens mainly towels are old.

Very cordial staff. Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious. We ended up having food primarily in the hotel. The room location was fairly convenient to go nearby places. The staff helped arrange transportation.There's just one floor of rooms - so not a big hotel and the place for lunch / breakfast wasn't too packed.

The TVs are a little old but we didn't end up using them much. So no complaints.

The hotel had a splendid ambience - the staff, the food, the service, the cleanliness and the beautiful balcony amidst such soothing weather was an unforgetting experience for us.Loved the place! Very well located within 2 kms of main town square!! Must stay hotel :)

Nothing as such.

I liked the food quality. Choices were less though, but no compromise on quality. I also liked the concept of no plastic bottles, instead there were glass ones unlike many other hotels where we have use plastic bottles. Bathroom is too much indian style with bucket and all and I like it that way. Would be con for others but for me it's a pro.

Staff is very friendly indeed but they are short of it. I had to drag my luggage while checking out.Rooms are a bit old and can see dampness on walls.6.5k per day is too much for it. 2 star for "value for money" category.

Staff were welcoming and their buffet Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. They do have pool, which we couldn't use due to rains. The recreation are was just about ok - a room with some board games, carroms etc

Okeyish facilities. Alacarte is expensive. Better to opt for package meals when booking hotel.This is closer to city - so don't expect nature views from room.

I stayed in suite and it was not really value for money.I didnot enjoy the stay.The food options specially those travelling from Eastern part like West Bengal is much less and quality of food below par.There was no elevator in the hotel.No AC in dinning room and was using stand fan in dinning room?? like a budget hotel.The lock and key system was back dated..not touch key system.It is basically an upgraded budget hotel not at all a 3 star hotel.

First dont acclaim to be a 3 star hotel with such poor food options.Try to incorporate modern amenities available in other 3 star,4 star,5 star hotel.Warm water not available throughout the day..and available at 5am- 10am and 5pm-10pm.No Central AC in the rooms which we see in most 3 star and above hotels.In a suite there was no mini refrigerator .

The Hotel is located in the City. The location is great if we want to explore the city, which was my case. The overall stay was as expected. The Hotel location is very calm. Food is ok.

The pool area was small and hot water was available only in scheduled times or on request. Kind of an inconvenience in a cold hill station :)

My wife and I are senior citizens in our seventies. The staff was very cheerful & polite. I must especially mention Junaid at the front desk, Praveen in the restaurant and Sudha of the housekeeping staff who indeed made our stay worth it. This property is quite close to the center of Madikeri Town and as such one can't expect natural & scenic view from the room but what one sees is quite pleasant. It is a single storey hotel with high ceiling and no elevator, therefore older people may find climbing the stairs a bit of a challenge but not difficult. The premises are very tastefully done with pleasing interior.

My experience was quite horrible. Cleanliness, hygiene, room service was not upto the mark. When compared to the tarrif it was too high and service was not upto the expectations at all.

Really courteous staff especially Ms. Sudha who was the house keeping staff.Food was very tasty and good variety.Loved the stay experience ❤
