We liked the room and ambience with clean and hygienic

Good gesture by people working there. Room was clean. Home made breakfast.

Toilet had stinking smell. It was too small. Couldn't stay in toilet for 5 mins because of very bad smell.

It was clean and comfortable, close to Bylakuppe. I didn't want to have breakfast but I was going to have only coffee. It was so sweet that the lady brought coffee to my room eventhough I disn't ask for it. The receptionist was very helpful about the attractions in the area.

Room service eis damn slow,only 1 staff who is slow that u can do things faster. He charged for extra mattress though it was free with my room. He was even charging lot more if I didn't buy the room online. Offseason rate is just 1100rs and I paid some 4k ,which is worthless

Beds, were comfi rooms were provided together. AC was good.

The parking space is very limited. We were asked to remove the bike parked on the front of the property to park our car.

The hotel is awesomely clean and tidy.The staff is co operative and helpful.Location wise on main road of kyshalnagar.

When we booked the rooms sofa was mentioned in the facilities but the same was not available in both the rooms

Rooms were good, and clean.

Rooms has a wash basin in the room and not in the bathroom, Bathroom was very small.

Room is ok but AC not working comfortably

The morning complimentary breakfast is very bad - and even there are no varieties at all, I have earlier good experience with other Treebo - but I don't know whether this breakfast is noticed by Treebo

Breakfast was very bad quality and my daughter had food poisoning after eating at the hotel

1)40 kms from madikeri so definitely not in madikeri as claimed2)And rooms are not upto the mark 3)No marked parking space4) no towels provided even after requests5) ACs not working properly

It was a pleasant stay there with very polite and gently spoken staff . And breakfast was also excellent. Nice ambience.

Cockroach in the room and the soap and bodywash quality.

Rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable. Arjun and other staff were very kind and took good care. One staff Mr.Subramanyam was kind enough to guide me to a medical store early in the morning. Overall very good experience.

Bathroom floor tiles were bad. 2nd floor reception is always vacant.
