Hotel Coorg Palace

Location is wonderful, rooms were beautiful.Since this is a new hotel so this is what expected.I wish the tema a very good luck to keep continue this work.

Everything. The hospitality of the hotel is amazing. At the reception, Supriya and Muhammad are extremely helpful. Being a solo traveller and enthusiast, you need a localite to guide you. They fulfilled all my requirements and also helped me with a vehicle for touring. In short, Coorg Palace is "Value for Money"

Family room was well ventilated and spacious. 2 bathrooms and two balconies in family room was a good feature.

Food was disappointing. They served 'chicken' in place of 'Paneer' for an all vegetarian order!!. Breakfast was underwhelming too.... not even worth comparing any other good resort/hotel. Orders take too much time and often get self cancelled... strange... Bedsheets had mild stains... room toiletries were also less for a family room... TV did not have any channels..... There was no AC despite being promised...... Do I need to say any further!!

There was no ac in the given price,and no option in the room to avail it also.no exhaust in the washroom and tv never worked.Food was ok ,options in buffet were not thta great.Parking is conjusted too,also view from rooms are not tht great

I travelled with my mom and the stay was great. Staff were very welcoming and open to receive feedback.Loved the room it was quiet and nice view. Due to President visit the whole city was shut on saturday and hence we had to leave a day early from Coorg and the Hotel guys were kind enough to refund for one night which wasn't expected.We had veg lunch and it was very delicious but the breakfast was average which i'm sure they will improve as it's a new hotel.I would love to visit again :)Good luck team

Place is in centre of town and everything is easily accessible. Only downside is the rooms are not large and the facilities are not good for the money we paid. Bathroom floor is not cleaned properly without proper exhaust. Food is very good and not costly

The property is clean is what I can say

I haven't been provided a bill...for the restaurant food and other things that I have ordered saying the hotel is very new and do not have the bills generating now...not okay to save GST The charges based on the property and facilities are way too high..also the room service is very slow but that's one of the many things I didn't like for leisure holiday

Hygiene, facilities, staff courtesy were excellent. Cleanliness and maintenance was good. Location is ideal, just about 1.5 kms from the city and really quiet.

The room was much smaller than expected.

Friendly staff, neat rooms, great facilities. The location is just a few minutes drive from the centre. Great place to stay.

The location was pretty good and accessible. The staff was also very humble and polite. Even the rooms were clean and well maintained, especially considering the fact that all the rooms come with a balcony is really impressive. Overall the experience was really nice.

However they should look into tiny details like the food delivery, and a little more options in bathroom like the shower and all that. But considering that it's a new hotel, I think they're doing fine. But yes if the small details are taken care of, it'll easily be among the best hotels in Coorg.
