The cleaning staff were always polite and greeting in Korean. Your reception staff is so efficient and friendly. Your hotel is definitely one of the top 2 or 3 hotels in South Korea

I wish you had a bigger a gym then I wouldn?t have went to another gym that had all the machines I needed

I stayed at Shilla Stay Seodamun Seoul Station previously. In comparison, this Shilla Stay Hotel in Cheonan/Asan is beyond amazing. The staff are not only friendly but they are warm and genuine when dealing with guests especially Noah Choi at the front desk. The hotel is very sleek, modern, and clean. In the best location. Gorgeous grays and a pop of orange here and there. The room is bigger than I expected, and they have L'Occitane bath products.

Not certain if they manage the laundry room or if it is managed by a laundromat company, but washing machines' rubber door gasket were moldy. While the laundry room was very spacious, convenient with options to buy detergent and laundry sheet, the machine itself was gross and a health hazard. Please clean and disinfect them thoroughly and regularly.

Location was good, very convenient to lots of food and amenities.The waiter at the Cafe was very good, although he was serving alone, he did a fantastic job of taking our orders and ensuring everything was going well.

Except for a small accident which was resolved by the hotel, all was good.

We only stayed for a day en route to Seoul. Good breakfast. The room was good and the beds were comfy. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, as well as convenience stores.

If you don't have anything important to do in Cheonan, the location isn't that interesting.

Rooms are fine. The bathroom is tiny and hard to maneuver in, especially if 2 people are trying to get ready

Staff are very strict and not flexibleDuring breakfast, I asked for a takeaway paper cup to take out my coffee but never accepted, surprisingly staff said it’s an additional cost! 10 mins waste of discussion to take a cup even with cost!Lots of noise in the corridor outside the room, which woke me up several times around 10-11pm which is not appropriate to rest. Late checkout applies as of 2pm half day amount

Spacious room. Other guests previously had bad reviews on the room condition and services. However, during my stay, it was okay.

Great location

Property was going through a renovation and was noisy and always work men in the entry and exit of hotel. I didn’t like using paper cups for coffee and water. Glasses would be more appropriate.

Rooms well sized, good layout with sofa option. Clean and stylish with good amenities. Bed very comfortable and the air conditioning easy to use and works well.Breakfast choice was excellent with a range of tastes catered for. Staff organised the space well in a friendly professional manner. We enjoyed a good 3 course breakfast here with lots of options to choose from.

Rooms could use more surface space and definitely need a full height mirror!

Shilla Stay is always a comfortable, clean experience.

It is a bit hot in the rooms, even if you turn the heat down.

The hotel is famous. So if you ask any taxi driver they will understand where you want to go. The front desk is helpful when you need to call a taxi.

The facilities in the room is a little bit old. The cleanness needs to be improved. The surrounding area is for entertainment so not very friendly for business travellers.

Location near to supermarkets and lots of convenience shop and adequate restaurants for a few nights stay.

Breakfast could have been better for the price paid. Quite expensive actually considering the amount paid for the room.

While booking I was told that the price includes breakfast. But while checking-in they said no breakfast included. The provided BF at $22 & I could eat / drink only the orange juice. In the same trip I stayed in other places for a lot less $$ & a lot more facilities BF included.They also didn’t let me cancel Friday stay as I wanted to check out early.I may not stay there again.

Hotel and the room was very nice. I like the toilet with multiple water ejection cleaning options. Toiletries were also good. Bed was comfortable and room lightening was good. The room was clean.

Breakfast didn't have many options and it was expensive breakfast.

There was water leakage from the shower cubicle.

Location - walking distance from many restaurants and city centre.Also self-laundry washing machines are a positive.And near train station.My request for Iron & Ironing board was provided.

Toilet - bathroom floor does not drain water readily. And white stains on the floor.
