Hoa Cúc Phương Hotel

Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. Really nice rooms, clean and convenient. Would stay here again!

Very poor

i did inform the property the arrival time (at 7-8PM); but when i arrived at 9.00PM, they claimed on me due to my late arrival, and said the check-in time is at 12.00. Because i am late, the room is not ready!!!??? Even that I already paid the room before I arrived. Then the receptionist asked me to wait, because he came to clean the room. After waiting for 10-15mins. i could get into my room and see the trash bin was left of "trash" of the previous guests.

Cheap

Missing electrical plug. View window not great

Went there only 1 night to get a break from travelling. The owner is superfriendly and helpful. It’s actually a quiet, peaceful area and the shopping mall is close.

Could use a thorough cleaning. Its all a bit old, but it does not have to be dusty and stained. Was not to sure about the sheets, too. So thats a shame, would like to give a better rating.

I booked this hotel because its location is close to National University. It takes about 10 minutes to National University by Grab. The room is quite good, furniture (bedsheets) is not so new but acceptable. The highlight is that the staff is so nice and willing to help! They helped me to prepare breakfast at 6:00am as we had to leave early for the national examination. If you have things to do around National University, I think you can choose this hotel.

Very friendly customer service, kind manager!..

The room is too small

The staff were very nice.

The rooms and the pictures did not match. Location was far away from other stores, rooms were rather dirty. The air con was broken :(, the shelves were dirty and broken. Dusty and I had allergies.

Very comfortable rooms at a great price

Grab drivers struggle to find the hotel

I was looking for quiet, and this place filled the bill. Set back off the hwy but quick walk to supermarket and coffee shop.

Bed is really comfortable and I can use my laptop there. You can buy small snacks at the lobby. The lift is a real convenience, and is rarely found in similarly priced accommodations. My dog loves the place too.

Grab drivers sometimes struggle to find the hotel. Otherwise it’s great.

- The hotel charged an extra amount for early check-in when I checked out, without informing at the check-in time. - The discounted price on booking.com is higher than the set price at the hotel.- The room is very small, without a wardrobe.

Friendly, helpful English-speaking reception staff.Strong air-con.Pleasantly clean room walls and ceiling.Great location - very quiet but near the main highway and all food (market, bakery, cafes).

Extremely small bathroom - the shower head sent water almost into the toilet bowl underneath!Creaky bed - not so fun if only a single guest...The room was offered as an upgrade, but was a perfectly standard Vietnamese hotel room for the price - nothing special.

Great budget option about 2km away from the train station. Clean rooms and friendly staff! Situated on a communal courtyard in a quiet area with really friendly locals, the perfect place to wind down from a hectic itinerary before or after going to Saigon. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area.

Everything was great, no complaints!

I love to stayed in this hotel . it nice and quite place to sleep . the staff friendly and helpful

Good price. Quiet location. Clean rooms. Good wifi. Very friendly and kind staff. Easy to find. It's perfect if you're trying to stay on a budget a little cheaper than in the city. Will come again if I'm in the area.

Great views and room

Hotel was absolutely perfect. But the best is staff. They are so friendly. If we visit this city again we will visit this hotel again.

Amazing staff, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you’re happy with everything.

Staff was wonderful and attentive. Great experience, will definitely book here again

Property was fine except for a fact that it does not look like what was being shown on the app. But in overall, everything was good
