Crowne Plaza Zhuhai City Center By IHG

Location, service

Cleanliness of room, getting old.

Appreciations to the honest girl on check in counter, she returned me 100 Yuan back when I overpaid because of my miscount.Further more, she is a nice girl, has service mind and speak English also. There are several restaurants nearby, and free shuttle bus to Chimelong ocean.

Room is clean, breakfast is very good and the employees are very nice and helpful.

Worth the money!

The room we stayed in was very spacious and luxurious. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was my birthday, and it was extremely thoughtful of them to order a cake for us. The dinner buffet, even though only available on the weekends, had numerous options and the price was definitely worth it, as well as the breakfast. The swimming pool was very clean.

N/A Everything was amazing!!

Everything is perfect. Big nice room with everything you need. Good gym. Good breakfast.

A little far from shops. Somehow very crowded. Hallway smells like cigarettes.

The room was nice. Within walking distance there were a lot of small stores from restaurant, bakery, dessert, pharmacy, fruits, etc. The brealfast was okay.

I think to go anywhere else needs to call taxi. I'm not too sure though.

Spacious room, convenient location and comfortable experience. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Reception staffs were up to the standard.

As a member of the IHG group, I would expect more than that. For a long term member like me, i am a bit disappointed over all. Also, some staffs in the cafe need more training for serving international customers.

Strategic location and room cleanliness at top rank.

Foods arrangement can be more variety.

Good location, less then 5k to the shopping area and tour bus stop is like a few minutes walk away.

Large room good bed and good location

Not enough good English speakers work in the Hotel

Very Spacious room with comfortable bed, great gym, good breakfast

Coming from the perspective of a tourist, it is located in a rather nondescript neighbourhood. We had to take a taxi everywhere.

Both Joker Ma 小马 and Tony Yi 易逆 are attentive, resourceful and very polite. Very, very good indeed.

Very bad very dirty unfriendly unprofessional unhelpful staff

When I checked in, the staff asked me to pay deposit for my stay however the person next to me checking in then don’t need any deposit?????‍♀️ I’m curious about this why only me need deposit, but I’m still paying for it. The staff said deposit will refund me straight back to my bank account after check out. But when I check out, the staff said they didn’t receive any deposit from me ? They need check about it, but not any records on computer showed I paid deposit and finally they found some paper works showed that I paid 700rmb for the deposit and they said they will refund me back straight away to my bank account? But till now I’m still not receiving my deposit back??? I’m very disappointed about this stupid 5 star hotel!!!

The room was big and quiet. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good in terms of food varieties and taste.

Serving staff at the front dest are pretty good, quite efficient for both check in and check out.

breakfast is good but a bit crowded, we almost couldn't find a table to sit down.

Hong Kong Tourist, we have been in Zhu hai several times. Great location and spacious room and very helpful of front desk reception

Car park is under construction, not enough parking slot during holiday period. The breakfast variety is not under improvement. The shower Space is too small in the big bathroom.

Room was expansive by any standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was comprehensive, including both local and international cuisine options. A plus for me was the availability of soy milk, both hot and cold.

Nothing in particular. They did a great job accommodating international travellers.

Easy access. Great location and clean facilities and a huge room with comfortable bed.

Bathroom was small in comparison with the size of the room.

The suite was spacious and clean. For one night we got free drinks from the bar. Good breakfast.

No indoor swimming pool. The furnishings in the business suite were rather sobering, instead of lovely. 2 construction sites near the hotel.
