Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel

The location and the friendliness of the staff

Room was supposed to be with breakfast included but a room for 2 only came with 1 breakfast- it makes no sense and definitely affects the reputation and prestige of the hotel. It seems like they are stealing from foreign tourists

Location was fantastic with boarder crossing to Macau just a walking distance away and the hotel is link to the underground shopping mall.

The location is excellent close to the border with Macau. There are many good restaurants around. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is good with a wide array of Western and Chinese foods. The hotel staff are helpful.

None really

Good location. Convenient and easy to reach the nearby shopping area.. total staff are friendly.

No coomments.

Excellent central Location, lovely and friendly staff that are all very helpful. Breakfast was great with something to suit everyone. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very centralized, and going everywhere was very convenient. What I love about this hotel the most is that we are able to go to Port Mall by just taking the lift from the hotel. Especially during the rainy season, this is super useful. I also love how friendly the staff was. They are being very responsive when you needed help. Most important is that the room is super nice, comfortable, and spacious.

The coldness of the fridge can be improved.

We like the size of the room, its mini bar, and the location to the port, perfect. Breakfast also was acceptable and delicious.

The use of the lounge should not only be limited to coffee and tea consumption. Food should also be included.

Location was excellent. Counter staff were very polite. I give room service staff full marks.

The lobby was like a market place. Noisy and lots of people just hanging around.

Hotel is near the railway station

The bathtub is in the open with no door. The door to the shower cubicle and toilet cubicle is a shared one. This means only one cubicle can be used at one time. This room is not suitable for families with young children.

Firstly it's way too convenient as it's near to the border between MACAU and Zhuhai.Travelling between Zhuhai ,Hong Kong and Macau is also easy as ABC because of the Zhuhai/Macau/Hong Kong connecting bridge.Secondly the hotel is beautiful as well as the staffs...the breakfast is good too and it's not expensive (68rmb) if you don't have any breakfast when you booked online.

Nil

The location and cleanliness

Variety of breakfast buffet.

view and location

the presume all purpose flash for toilet not working

It’s a good place to stay one night if you want to be near the border or the train station. Generally speaking, it’s ok for one night stay.

Bathroom really small.

Convenient location. Clean environment. Most staff could speak English

Too many knocks on the door.

The room was spacious and clean, wifi was free and signal was reliable, all amenities you need are provided. Loved the coffee machine and free coffee pod refills everyday. View was extraordinary! Water pressure in the shower was also nice and strong. Breakfast was a good spread of choices and taste was good.

Room description said room was 518ft but was more like 450ft. Service staff still knocked and called about cleaning the room even though my "do not disturb" light was lit.

Friendly Staff. Great Position. Wonderful and satisfying.

Everything

Air conditioner needs to improve

very convenience when you travel from Hongkong

Location wise is just opposite the Zhuhai train station. There are multiple restaurants behind the hotel.

Fantastic location . The best service ever from all the staff who went beyond my expectations. Always smiling and ever so helpful !
