Location was great. Public transport near by. No breakfast it should be cheaper. Lots things to do. Shopping, great choices for restaurants. Near lots of SPA, border to Macau walking distance, day trip to hot springs, hotel walking distance to the coast. Public transport to Henghin Ocean Kingdom, etc

Could not open the windows in the hotel.

Convenient location

I requested for one triple room and one twin room. For the triple room, we were given a big but relatively old family unit. It had an unpleasant odour and there was no refrigerator. We had to walk quite a distance from the hotel lobby to the unit. We immediately requested for a change of room to be closer to my other two friends. The hotel receptionist acceded to our request. The second unit suited us very well.

The apartment is spacious, good location.

Crowds of local senior tourist on reception. If bus arrived you can stay on reception almost one hour.

Rooms had no basic facility like electricity or air conditioning- shouldn’t be rated 4 stars!

Room was joke - no electric at first room, no air conditioning at the second allocated room, room temperature was at 28 degrees at summer hot day! Children suffered!

Everything are OK ,especially the rotating restaurant in roof, the rich food it can make you very enjoy there.

there is a swimming pool on the other side of the apartment hotel of group,but the reception clerk told me that they are not sure it can for the hotel guest yes or not,suggest me to have a information there.is it the hotel service?

WiFi don’t work well. Difficult to connect.

Staffs are friendly and helpful when I requested to switch to a different room. Very smooth check-in at the counter. Food riders can send your food orders to the front of your room door, no need to go downstairs to the lobby to pick up orders.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Feels like home

Kitchen amenities is lacking. Couldn’t find a spoon to stir my coffee (self provided)

The breakfast was pretty good, selection was fine. Location is great, very close to ocean walking path. View from the room was quite nice. Check in, check out, and parking was easy. They had the Japanese toilet seat which is always nice.

Swimming pool was not open. Gym is not located in the hotel, but across the street in another building. Hotel is old. Room wasn't really clean. No smoking sign in room, but the second I walked in I saw some pretty fresh ash on the floor. Also the hotel has little things around the room to take money from you. Two bottles of water near kettle are 18rmb each, free water is in bathroom.... Travel kit in bathroom that has essentials like razor, lotion etc. 38rmb. Playing cards that say once the seal is broken you pay for it. I know it's not easy to make money now that Macau is closed, but come on. It's a bit ridiculous.
