Pros +

The services are top-notch. We enjoyed our stay there. They have an infinity pool and a beautiful swimming pool for paddle boarding. Thanks to Cholé who made our stay pleasant.
Great stay at Westin, location surrounded by restaurants (usually at other hotels or malls), a lot of support from Chloe in our special proposal arrangement to my fiancée.
Great family hotel. Love the swimming pool especially the lane for paddle board. Room was very spacious, love the layout of room with open floor plan but still privacy for each area. Our butler called Damon was very professional and helpful, always straight away responded our requests, feel the real hospitality there, enjoyed everything.

Cons -

The baby pool could be a little more cleaned from leaves, even though we understand it’s raining season.
cleanliness, facilities, staff
Pool can be more in shadowpool is not continius circulation of water - some pools are very hot becasue the sun there are plenty of other hotels around this location with better pool and outdoor facility not worse to go there anymore

It’s very closed to CDF duty free mall. Resort is very well maintained and looks very new. The pool with bar on the top floor is fantastic. They also provide free bus to airport. Our host Amy responded us very quickly and very helpful for any requests!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are truly grateful for your incredible help and exceptional service. My wife and I had the most magical and unforgettable time at your hotel! These days have been nothing short of extraordinary, filled with joy and cherished memories. We cannot thank you and the entire hotel staff enough for your warmth, attention, and care. Every moment was perfect, and your dedication made our stay truly special. We are already looking forward to returning with our family and friends to share this remarkable experience! We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our wonderful assistant Amy, who was with us 24/7, always ready to answer all our questions, guide us through the hotel’s services, and organize everything we needed — including a business class airport transfer!Thank you to everyone, from the housekeeping team to the management. This is truly world-class service!A special thank you to the young man who made our room feel magical every day — your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. To the chef who prepared our omelet just the way we liked it every morning, and to the warmest and most caring staff member in the breakfast area who made us exceptional coffee — we are sincerely grateful. You all made our stay unforgettable. And thank you so much for the lovely gifts and souvenirs — the perfect cherry on top! Please forgive us for not remembering all your names, but we are truly grateful to each and every one of you!

Has pool villa, so it is nice. Manager help me a lot.

Checking in so so long time, and lobby is so hot. There are air conditioners. But open place, so if you com to sumner time. You will keep sweating And water is leaking from air conditioner in second floor, but staff is very kind. Other things are very nice.
