Room far away from laby

Room was clean and maintained well. Facilities were in good condition for e.g. the gym.

Check in process wasn’t smooth at all they did not know how to check in guests from booking.com

I was upgraded

It was one night stay and all was good. Do the value I paid, I can’t ask for more

Balcany & river view despite on lower floor (9th floor).

Wet floor for those of us who preferred to take a bath after those taken a shower earlier.Toilet had urine smell probably due to pee seeped into the marble floor over time.

Bad

Hotel 2 double bed is actually a single bed. Totally not what was advertise. I am very disappointed with their explanation. Keep saying it's like their standard. Have to argue with them for 1 hour to get it resolved.

Large size rooms.

The room was very clean and the bed mattress was caving in towards the middle. the breakfast was ok but didn’t have much flavor.

Pool was nice, staff were helpful, the room was nice enough.

Breakfast was not as good as I would have hoped, it was also pretty loud facing out onto a fairly busy street. I was also there doing some work and found it quite annoying that even though I had do not disturb on that was then a good reason to phone me every day or knock on the door. It means I don't want to be disturbed, I don't think that's too complicated.

Staff friendly , gym good equipment, breakfast good and sit on balcony with veiwcant fault the hotel

9Second time I've stayed at the hotel good location to catch bus to airport and city , and to the Beach , relaxing time round the swimming pool

Location - huge room with spectacular view - gym

In general it was fine. Breakfast had, at least on the second and third night, some western choices. Location near to the clubs. I like the balcony very much.

First night was a nighmare because of the construction site. Also check-in was not so easy, because at first I didn´t get the booked bay-view room. After complaning I got a guest-room with bay view - but also with another window to the construction site. No chance to sleep. 20h noise per day. So again room change the next morning. In general windows and doors are not sealed. So it is always a loud stay in this hotel. The breakfast on the first morning was very bad compared to my last stay and to the next days. Nearly no western food (no cheese, butter, sausages or bacon) and extremly bad behaviour of one of the chefs. Got much better the next two days.

Clean and large room, good view over marina with plenty of yacht from the room with a bay view

Lots of trainees in charge, causing communication problems, Chinese style breakfast with little choice of food for expatriates, slow cleaning of tables in restaurant, funny smell in the room at the beginning of stay which later disappeared

Very good location, confortable bed, big room and big bathroom.

In this moment it is noisy (construction of a building right in front of the hotel), they are working 24 hours. The breakfast have many choices (Western and Chinese) but it is not “delicious” for the price (138¥). The internet in my room was really unstable. My phone was changing in 4G all the time (on my iPad was ok).

the pool is great

the rooms are so dark, there is only one window, there is no proper lighting (very low lights) , the decorations are bad. I just really disliked the room, it felt like some type of dungeon, not a hotel in a tropical island, I suggest to redecorate completely to make it more bright.

Location

Hotel is a building site. Noise 24 hours. No apology or attempt to help remedy situation by arranging new toom. Lack of English on the part of staff. Terrible breakfast not catered to western tastes.

The location is good, you can reach many nearby attractions easily. (Better if you call Didi)The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was very kind (there was one person who spoke English), even upgraded our room upon entry. Good for 1-2 nights stay.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, almost everything was in Chinese style. And the ones we tasted (like porridge) was average, not tasty. We literally just ate bread with butter. As the hotel is in the city center, it seems it is mostly preferred by business people (mostly men) and tour groups, which may sometimes cause unnecessary crowd in hotel's public places.

Nice location - central and near the clubs. Nice breakfast and the choice for western food is acceptable. Meets the standard. Room is equipped with everything you expect in this category. I had also a nice big balcony.

Negative was the very bad sealed windows and doors. Because it was a bit windy, it was blowing and whistling in the room like hell. A towel at the door stopped at least the wind - but still too noisy for 5*. Anyway I would book again. Big construction site on the backside of the hotel
