Spacious but very tired rooms. I literally can’t think of a positive thing …

This hotel is very very very tired, old and has absolutely no customer service. Don’t be tricked by 5 star rating. It’s a two star hotel at most. Cracks in walls, falling roof, disgusting food, absolutely untrained staff that couldn’t care less about anything. There is no hotel beach. Be mindful that it was a totally misleading information. Just don’t come here, I promise .

Location, pool, cost

Got sick. Manager said I must have eaten something bad outside hotel. Only thing that day I ate was supplied breakfast before sick,. Had food out in room . May have been sprayed in error by cleaning staff. Had to get friend to talk to staff. As they ignore me. Fancy evening restaurant, everything was oily or small portion. Even got room wrong for what I was supposed to get

Really spacious rooms, nice pool for kids with a slides and ninja warrior track. Kids really enjoy that.

The hotel is close to the airport.

The hotel amenities and furnitures are super old and outdated. I was extremely disappointed upon checking in. For the price we paid I was unsatisfied with the hotel rooms, swimming pool, and breakfast. Breakfast is extremely busy every morning. You literally have to wait for a table to finish eating, in order to get a table. The breakfast itself is passable, mainly Chinese dishes, pretty much the same every day. Cleaning was okay, the bedsheets and towels were good. However, the 2nd bathroom's shower was only a shower head right next to the toilet seat, which was extremely disappointing. The beach is right across the street.

The breakfast spread was good, both western and eastern cuisines were available. There were lots of facilities available to both young and old. We also liked the Chinese restaurant at basement level which served nice and affordable food.

The rooms we had were on the third floor and the balcony was directly above the all-day dining restaurant so it was noisy especially in the morning. The condition of the room was rather old, but the bedsheets were clean.

It's been a month and our group of 6 are still praising how great n spacious our family suite were. Service efficient, breakfast in particular.. Excellent!Beach is right across e road, eataries surrounded with restaurant. Good location.

Can't find fault!

Fish in pool for pedicure. Two pools are available. Easy access to the beach. Breakfasts that won't you let struggle with hunger for a couple of hours. Pies at snack bar are finger licking. Room service is every day, plenty of drinking water. Comfy at night under air conditioner. Upon arrival, the guy who helps open the taxi door was friendly and lent their local currency to pay for the taxi. Since there is no place to change currency in the airport’s domestic terminal, and everything is closed in the international terminal. Taxi drivers do not accept dollars and international cards such as visa and mastercard.

Currency exchange isn't available. Safety absence is all around. Slippery floor everywear.In pool they drive sup boards over your head. No beachtowels for mattresses on those wooden chaise lounges, that're partially rotted away. People use bath robes or their clothes instead. A lot of mosquitoes or like that, they bite you everywhere all day long. In bathroom there is mold. The tropical shower and additional watering head are faulty and leaky. No chaise lounges at the beach at all. Too far from Bank and mobile phone sales department, need taxi.

Hotel is close to airport (10 min drive) and opposite beach. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Porter helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and plenty of toiletries.

Check-in staff were cold (no greeting, no smile). We booked for 6 adults and 1 child (aged 7) including breakfast but were told that breakfast was not included for the child and we had to pay extra. Despite showing my booking.com confirmation email stating breakfast was included for us all, staff said they could not accommodate this and to contact booking.com to resolve. Eventually the receptionist agreed to give breakfast as booked, but this was an issue every morning with restaurant staff with whom we had to argue. The final morning we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight and staff advised they would prepare us take-away breakfast boxes. Upon check-out we were told we were not entitled to these as the child had had breakfast every day. Breakfast issue was farcical and reception staff had no sense of customer service.Room was dirty on arrival although housekeeping did a good job during our stay. On-site restaurant very expensive.

The resort was a bit dated, but well-kept, with a really nice traditional style and lovely grounds. It was really suitable for relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. I quite enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had a fairly wide variety of food choices. The area was very close to the beach, which was surprisingly well-groomed, and a nice walking path. There was also a convenience store on the resort, which was very helpful.

The two issues I had with hotel itself was that there appeared to only be 2 restaurants actually open for dining after breakfast. I only ever saw the Chinese restaurant and the hotpot bbq restaurant open. The food was good, but a bit expensive to eat every night. There didn’t seem to be a huge variety of restaurant options close to the resort. The other issue was that the spa was apparently a victim of the pandemic shutdown, and has not been reopened despite being featured in the resort advertising. The area itself is great if you want to relax at the beach or around the pool, but it was a bit far away from shopping, sightseeing, dining choices, etc. While I’m not a nightlife person, I did miss having a wide selection of restaurants available.

I really love the hotel itself. It's very beautiful. It's right beside a beach, the pool is amazing. Amazing buffet breakfast as well as option for buffet style dinner. But most importantly, this stuff where extra nice and extra helpful. Especially Wang ziling or lean. He went Out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as I can possibly imagine he even.took the extra steps to check on me every day. This was definitely worth the stay. I would definitely be back.

Only one person speaks English and the rest of the staff wouldn’t even try to, room service you would call and 10 minutes later the only person that speaks English will call back. poor breakfast for westerns, bur if you like Chinese breakfast you will love it.

Chicken bones in the room on the floor when I arrived.... it means, they didn't clean up properly. Breaksfast is low quality

Cleaning was on a high service. Room service is for you. Huge swimming pool (but only around 80 cm deep), nice breakfasts, fitness gym

Most of the additional places, like duty-free shop, roof bar, Chinese restaurant, all day dining restaurant, ice cream bar, coffee/drinks bar was closed. I understand that it's probably because of not so many people in hotel, but still, you come there, read what do they have and in real life they don't.

Too many restrictions in swimming pool, hotel staff speaks mainly in mandarin, only few staff persons communicate in English. Not enough restaurants around hotel.

Is near the airport and in front of the beach, the access to the beach is close by and the looks of the hotel reminded me.of Thailand

You need to cross the road to access the beach, there were no beach towels available in the beach area and there were no ma many shops around.The toilet in the bedroom kills all romanticism. Is basically open to the room so there is no notice / visual barrier other than a small glass

Room is super big with all that you may need, nice sea view, super clean.Staff are friendly, they try to help according to their abilities.Swimming pool is clean and big. Although the water is a little hot but it is ok Breakfast is typically Chinese but still tasty.

Location is far from any attraction, it is close to nothing. Beach is ok but you have to cross the street that has no crosswalk. No beach towels, you have to carry your own all the journey from your room to the beach .No toilet near the beach, so hold on till you go back to your room. Zero English. Nobody speaks a word in English. Reception is so small so hot

Although the hotel is not close to where the foreign friendly places are, the area is quiet and the beach is clean and clear. The staff is super helpful.

They weren’t able to provide a HDMI cable.

Hotel staff very helpful especially Raj who was great for useful tips and ensuring a welcoming and smooth stay, he is a true asset to the hotel.
