From the 8th to the 18th of the month, our family truly enjoyed having breakfast every morning. Our children (aged 13 and 6) never got bored of the diverse breakfast options even for a single day. Every morning, the food was genuinely delicious and interesting, and we enjoyed it very much.” “We liked that the hotel was located close to the beach. The beach was clean with soft sand, and the sea was clear, making it very pleasant and comfortable for relaxation. We also appreciated the running path in front of the hotel along the garden area.

It would be nice if the hotel could provide bus transportation to the city center and some tourist attractions. “During our visit to the Buddhist temple and statue complex, we experienced some confusion and inconvenience. After arriving, we had to make separate payments at different locations for transportation, entrance fees, sightseeing trains, boat rides, and other services, which was unclear and inconvenient. As we do not speak Chinese, this limited our willingness to explore more attractions and services.” “The data eSIM sold on the first floor of the hotel seemed expensive, so I did not purchase it and instead bought a data plan online. It also seemed that the hotel could generate additional revenue by creating tour routes to nearby attractions and simplifying the payment process, so that guests would not need to pay separately at multiple locations.”

I liked the swimming pool it was so clean i even liked the food and i liked the entrance to the beach and the title it was a clean place and all activities was free and entertaining to do comfy beds

It’s absolutely perfect for families with kids! There is so much to do with them and it’s free! Please pay attention about the additional information provided by the hotel, so that way you will not miss free photo session and afternoon tea (additional charge apply) served at the lobby bar. Always some small shows and fun for kids happening during the day, even during the breakfast! If you come without kids - it’s still great in terms of design, room service and cleaning, pool hours (open until 22.30), beach, breakfast verity etc.There are few restaurants in the hotel which serve buffet with plenty of seafood and a la carte Chinese menu. Breakfast was great and it was served until 11am. Even though staff does not speak English/Russian they do their best to make communication successful. They immediately connected us with Renata who speaks English and Russian and she was so helpful providing us guidance about hotel services and arranged us breakfast box since we were leaving earlier. Renata provided us high level customer service and made sure we liked our stay

We knew it’s quite far from the city center and quiet area, but did not expect it that quiet:). There is a supermarket 15 mins walk and some local restaurants nearby but not much verity and not fancy. Hotel is big so expect to see many people at the restaurants during breakfast and dinner, but staff managed very well. Also it would be nice to have sun-beds and some sand cleaning on the beach but we understand it’s public and Chinese don’t really spend much time on the beach suntanning.

Good resort, nice room, nice swimming pools, in general quite confortable. Kind staff, but no kowledge of english langage.

Almost nobody from the staff speak english. Communication via google translator only. Difficult to ask informations to the staff, like for example about restaurants or shopping mall, as they do not know anything about. Very noisy breakfast because of many peoples and kids. No convenience store in the hotel or around the hotel.

Room was spacious and super clean. Rooms on higher floors will have beautiful sea view. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had varieties of food to choose from. The property and amenities were all in good condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Just 10 mins from the airport, public beach right across the street. Overall satisfied and will stay again.

The parking lot needs more maintenance.

Everything is good. Breakfast — good and versatile. Stuff — polite and helpful. Activities for kids — interesting and different everyday. The sea is perfect — small waves, sand, and it is literarily empty, nobody is swimming. Wi-Fi was quite ok, I was able to make a telegram call via Wi-Fi and VPN. Room was fully equipped. In total: 100% recommended.Surrounding area is quite empty, but you can take taxi to the nearest restaurants for like 2-3 € (10-15 ¥), car arrives in less than a minute. You do not need local phone number to do so, just register Alipay account and use DiDi app inside of it.

The only bad thing was some sort of a construction in the right wing of the building. It was noisy during a couple of hours in the evening, and at night I heard low but persistent vibrating sound. I asked another room, guys gave me a new one in the left wing and it was quite.

Great location, wonderful apartment with mountain and sea view. Tasty breakfast and Chinese lunch. A lot of various dishes.Super swimming pool and attractions for children. The sea is near.

Everything is perfect!

Very nice hotel with a comprehensive children's program. The accommodation and rest service is excellent. Simple dinners, but there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. I went to these places many times twenty years ago. I recommend this hotel, especially for children and adult couples for evening wanderings on wild beaches.

No one speaks English in the whole hotel, all the staff use some kind of electronic translators. They work, but it is lengthy and inappropriate for the status of this hotel.

The hotel is very pleasant with very friendly English speaking staff. The hotel offers excellent, very varied breakfasts in the morning with freshly squeezed juices from various types of fruits. The hotel is very comfortable for children, for whom the hotel has everything, including animation

What disappointed me about the hotel was the lack of an outdoor restaurant. After all, in the evening you especially want to sit at a table outdoors, listening to live music and enjoying cooking dinner in a fondue pan. I think that this shortcoming in feeding time will be eliminated, since construction work is underway on the territory of the hotel with the preparation of the site and stage

The breakfast was great, the location near the beach and town was very good. Very impressive hotel. Wesley the helper made up for any other shortcomings and went out of his way to help and sort out little details. Commend him on his job. Close to beach , and some good restaurants in the shopping mall but will need a taxi.

The pool was great but does get noisy for the kids, as it's a family hotel. It is still a Chinese run hotel, which is fine but may be difficult for some western tourists to get their head around. Maybe would have liked a social meetup area in the hotel

Great activities for kids. There is a daily schedule for all ages. The pool foam party every day was a hit with my 4 year old. Very convenient with the beach across the street. Many different pools with a small heated pool too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Restaurant is open all day but with minimal options and the food quality is not great. Not many restaurants in the area. Need to travel far for good western food options.

Holiday Inn, Sanya Bay is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, a great swimming pool and a fantastic breakfast. The public beach is across the road (no private beaches in Sanya Bay). The heated pool (hot tub) next to the main swimming pool is definitely a bonus in winter!

The location, while great for peace and quiet, can be a problem (hardly any restaurants or entertainment)

Very nicely done to accommodate people just want to within the hotel to relax.

Very far from eatery or shop. Difficult to find taxi to return.
