Fraser Suites Shenzhen

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is in very good location right next to the shopping mall and across from The city center park......Every room has 2in1 washing machine and dryer which makes life so easy

The room was great - the bed mattress was firm and comfortable for resting. The bathroom was excellent and always clean. The room is spacious and equipped with everything that I need.

None. I cant ask for a better space to stay at.

The bed is comfortable, location is convenient and the breakfast is delicious.

The staffs who were working at restaurant are not helpful.

Love everything about hotel - always my top choice in Shenzhen. Spacious, clean, beautiful rooms with everything you might need. Especially in love with the rooftop pool that opens some insane views to the city. Breakfast is nice, and has pretty good options.

Great location, lovely staff, very comfortable beds.

The only thing is that the beautiful pool is not heated, such a pity. The water was 18 degrees.

The concierge and doorman were very nice, and the robot delivery was an amazing amenity. The floors were amazingly new and clean. And housekeeping was quite thorough.

I asked for a high floor in my booking request, and didn’t get one. A light switch in the bedroom was mislabeled… these are nits because it was really perfect

Everything is great about this hotel. Staff, cleanliness, location. I have been staying in this hotel since last 10 years whenever I come to Shenzhen.

NA

Space, separate rooms

shower glass door is about 1cm too low, cannot put a foot mat in front of the door cannot swing the door outwards, pushes the mat. bathroom garbage can should be bigger and no lid, more covenient for family with a baby.

The hotel's location was excellent, convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. Zhonghang Road was also quiet, clean, and noise-free, and the views from the hotel windows were very pleasant. The room layout and amenities were practical and comfortable. The breakfast was good, catering to various tastes, but seating was often tight. All staff members were polite and professional. Highly recommended!I stayed at Fraser Suites for 16 nights this time. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The room often smells of smoke in the evening. It seems to be from the ventilation system.

We liked almost everything. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety every day. The rooms were big and nice. The beds were very comfortable. Soft linen. Big bathroom and and a nice toilet with bidet, etc.The location was super. Big mall within 30 meters. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen and especially due to the Fraser Suite Hotel.Bill, the frontdesk employee, was amazing. He helped us a lot when there was an issue or when we needed some information. Also, Zoey was very nice and helpful. We will be back.

Friendly check-in receptions,no complicated procedures ,all requests can be fulfilled.Restaurant’s buffet breakfast offers wide variety of options.

Quiet and safety, traffic is very convenient.

The Hotel is excellent, the location is excellent walking distance to Many Malls, Electronics Market, Trading Market and lots of Restaurants as well as convenient stores. we have selected this hotel for our future visits as well. Front Desk Staff is so friendly and helpful and can communicate in English . specially Front Desk staff Zoey Zhong . as our Flight was mid night we checked out at 2.00 Pm and the Hotel provided a Key Card for the 7th floor for us to use recreation facility & the Pool until we left the Hotel @@ 19.00Park is also close by for a evening walk

nothing as everything was Excellent and can highly recommend to anyone who wishes to visit the beautiful city of Shenzhen

Well equipped suite with a proper working area and wardrobe in spacious bedroom. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Amazing stay in Shenzhen! The apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, making it feel like a real home away from home. The rooftop pool with its stunning views was unforgettable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We also loved the entertainment facilities, the game room and golf simulator were the best! On top of that, the location was perfect for exploring the city. Truly a wonderful hotel experience, we’d love to come back.

Our 1 bedroom suite was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. We had a great time at the rooftop pool. Location was great with everything you’d need within walking distance.

Nothing! We were very happy with our stay.

It was super super clean. The room was sooo big and comfy. Everything on point

They only put one toilet paper for 2 days and they forgot to fill the conditioner bottle. Breakfast nothing special

Good location. Pretty of shops and restaurants. Close of the MTR as well. Will stay again. It is slightly expensive but you get what you pay for.

Breakfast could do better is terms of quality of food provided. Had one breakfast then prefer to eat variety of better quality of food in the close by eateries.Oh, the internet is sooo slooowww. Needs to use mobile data to run a laptop.

room is clean and spacious. love the toilet w bidet installed. room comes with english news (CNA, CNN) !!!

Location was extremely accessible with good amenities closeby. Room was clean and well maintained.
