It was conveniently located.

The bathroom amenities advertised online included a whirlpool tub, which was a main attraction for me, but when I arrived, I found the room did not have a whirlpool tub, nor did the Chinese concierge even know the meaning of the term.

Hotel is wonderful and super nice room with awesome view of the city, the SPa is top notch

Personnel barely spoke any english, it was frustrating communicating with front desk personnel

The gym is ok, faulty spinning bike should be fixed, lower air-conditioning temp would be great

The hotel is new and simple and modern, view from any floor is amazing ( lobby on 45 floor). Most staff speaks english. Location is a great.

I found that this is a modern, comfortable hotel that generally offered a pleasant experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the decor was stylish and inviting, making for a comfortable home away from home.However, my experience with the lounge access left much to be desired. The lounge, while a nice concept, was not adequately equipped to cater to the number of guests. There simply weren’t enough tables, which made it difficult to find a place to sit, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the staffing levels were insufficient. On several occasions, I found myself looking for assistance but there was no staff member in sight. This lack of service was frustrating, particularly when I needed help or had questions.The food selection in the lounge was also disappointing. The variety was limited, and it didn’t meet the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Overall, while the hotel itself was modern and comfortable, the lounge experience fell short. I hope they can address these issues in the future to enhance the overall guest experience.

Don’t recommend stay here ! due to their service is bad also in room Nespresso machine not match a different brand of capsule ! Doesn’t suitable as a five star hotel also they let some stranger be around in the lobby of 43 floor without asking what they are doing there saw a man holding garbage plastic bags in the lobby ! also many non hotel guest ladies taking pictures around the lobby cafe without spending are very disturb whom enjoy their tea time in the cafe turned out those ladies are still taking picture after we left. for those reasons I’m not comfortable having my afternoon tea near the lobby

The location is convenient. The breakfast is good. The bedroom is spacious and nice.

The bathroom is aging so have some stains on the corners of shower and the basin. The wardrobe doesn’t have enough space.

Nice room - nice welcome in the lounge - unfortunately too much focussed to earn a good feedback. Means I’ve been asked again and again from any person in the lounge to give a good feedback, every step was observed, three times asked for the same things. An overkill - really.

Nice place - nice room - need a face lifting - its too high valued and responsible people does not care the real quality. Poor cheese - not to eat.

Located next to the huge Coastal City Mall with lots of food options. The staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful. Excellent spread at breakfast.

Great location next to huge malls and lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and as the hotel is 43 floors above ground, the views were amazing. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was a good spread. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view , hotel lobby starts at 41st floor so all rooms have perfect skyline view. Great restaurant.

The hotel has amazing views towards Hong Kong and is located right next to Coastal City shopping mall which has lots of food options with shopping. We asked for a room with a view along with late checkout and the staff accommodated both requests. Breakfast had extensive options.

The only thing I noticed was that for a new hotel, my room was slightly scuffed and someone previously had smoked in the room despite attempts to conceal it and the property being smoke-free. I know this as my colleague's room did not have the same smell.

Beautiful facilities. Loved the main lobby’s high-vaulted ceiling architecture. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great gym (best hotel gym I’ve ever seen) and pool on the top floor. Spacious room and very comfortable bed.

- The hotel was new and modern- Rooms were large, very spacious with modern facilities and comfortable beds- The hotel is located high up the building so I believe all rooms have panoramic views of the city

- The layout of the toilet was a bit strange and the light switch was placed in an odd place that is not easy to reach.- There was no turn down service- Staff at the concierge should be a bit more knowledgeable
