A little pricey to pay for a breakfast.

Back to stay in this hotel again. The location, Breakfast, Room quality, Staff. Everything is great. I will be back every time for travel to this area

The hotel is in the prime location above the train station which you can connected to all the place in Shenzhen. We can walk 1 mins to Dongmen walking street which have everything you want to shopping and enjoy variety of chinses street food. Staff are really good to share you information and help you on any requested.

The price was include only one breakfast, so we need to pay at the hotel. It should be have an option since we booked that we can pay for 2 people for one room.

Location is perfect as it is closed to metro station, shopping mall, food street and many restaurants

Location is great everything near you metro on your right and all shops and restaurants it’s great location

Location is superb - shopping area and food area are abundant in the surrounding area. Everything is there.

Difficulty in communication and many social media apps are not allowed to use.

This is my second stay at this hotel, but after a gap of 7 years. The hotel is as clean as it used to be earlier. No change. The room was a comfortable as it used to be. Staff were very friendly.I preferred this hotel as it is connected to Laoje Metro station which is just below this hotel. And Dongmen Pedestrian street is just 2 mins walk away. There is a mall attached to this hotel where you can shop all branded clothes. We ate breakfast once and it was good. Again not too many options for a strict vegetarian like me.Going to Hong Kong from this place is easy as Louhu entry point is near. Sheku Ferry terminal will be like 40 mins by taxi and can cost around 300RMB. Bao'an Airport is far & can be reached by metro.

The in house restaurant is closed for dinner.

in check in time they charges my cc more than i have to pay when i book in app and i dont know will they return back my money because when am check out they say money will refund

Our room was supposed to be non smoking however the smoke was very very strong and staff couldn’t do much about it.

Location, Location, Location is key when traveling with a family. Just around the corner from exit H and a stone thrown away from the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The friendly staff at reception making the experience more enjoyable. Join the Hyatt group to get discounts. Still waiting for the discount.But perhaps that will only happen if we visit again.

We felt the breakfast spread was very limited. Most dishes were limited in the serving amount, they would only have a dish available where only 2 people could serve from. Be aware that Booking.com only gave 1 breakfast for the rooms we booked and then needed to pay for an extra 2. We only found out once the booking was completed and couldn't cancel. The King room was not that great as a light would be shinning on the side of the window lighting up the room. The twin room was alot better more spacious, the kids had a better room than us!!! Very basic for 1 night stay would be perfect.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the middle of the shopping street. Not much of a noise pollution even it's within the shopping district. There's a MTR right beside the building thus makes traveling via train super convenient.

The carpet in the room feels a little dated, but still acceptable condition.

Everything about the hotel from staff to breakfast to facilities and location were superb. My family had the best stay here, and it was peaceful at night. The staff were very polite and helpful to guide us how to commute around Shenzhen via train. They also suggested places to visit. The location was super convenient, Lao jie station was just next door and Dong Men Ding Plaza and food haven was nearby. We had lots of good food there.

The room was really spacious and great for 3 people. The beds are comfy and the staff are very helpful. The location is perfect, just next to the most popular shopping street in Shenzhen. It is also in close proximity to a metro station. Highly convenient.

The only thing I did not like was that the breakfast was only free for 1 person. Not even 2 when I had 3 people staying in the room.

Location of hotel is good. Right above the metro station "Laojie". It is close to Luo Hu and convenient to go to Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice, clean and spacious. Cleaning staff did a good job.

We have 2 people booked for the room but breakfast included is only for 1. Have to pay extra for breakfast.

Great location. Room was big and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only one small thing that bothered me... the walls need to be properly repainted rather than simply touched up with blotches everywhere.

The location is super convenient to the busiest Dongmen walking district, yet it is very quiet. The metro is just around the corner, just 1 minute walk to the closest exit of Laojia metro station. The king room was very big and the king size bed was comfortable.
