Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen By IHG

The location and the staff. He was quite helpful and understanding.

No, really I enjoyed everything about this hotel experience!

Stuff was very helpful and kind , Clean & in good location

Location, room size,breakfast

The hotel (inside-outside) needs renovation. The matrasses in the room should be replaced. The staff doesn’t speak any English, when we had problem (flood in our room), it was difficult to communicate.

Location, staff , spacious

Couldn’t connect the rooms but I understand

Spacious room, friendly concierge staf (Kingsley Li, Jeffrey and a few others) who was able to accommodate our requests and provide good recommendations for food, close to two metro lines for accessibility and convenience, close to Dongmen Old Street which had lots of food and activities.

Nil

The room was wonderful. It was ~$113.00 USD/day and was a great value. The room was spacious and clean with a great city view from the 9th floor. Too top it off, the room had a marble bathroom with a steam shower and jacuzzi! You simply cannot get this kind of value in any major U.S. City.

From check-in to check out, everything goes very smoothly . it's was our 36th anniversary . They upgrade our room. Thanks for the delicious and beautiful cake. The breakfast buffet was excellent. so many choices. The staff was very polite and friendly. The location is very nice near to Dongmen market so many choices of food and shopping.

The room is huge and clean

Stayed here for over twenty times in the past. Like the staff, extremely friendly. Helen and Peter know me for many years. Peter got out to hug me after seeing (after six years). Excellent hotel for vegetarians as they understand veg very well.

Room tariff is a bit High compared to the age of the hotel.

Very well located ,near shopping district and restaurants, staff are nice and always there to help ,the room is big and clean

The location is very convenient. There is a mall and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Nothing in particular.

Great staff like William and Shirley.

Afternoon could be a bit more interesting. But it is good value considering breakfast and evening starters.

Beautiful and spacious and very comfortable bed and facilities. I appreciated upgrade and Amy at the front desk was wonderful. The concierge Peter was amazing and helped me design my private tour and write it in Chinese, a must in shenzen as English is not widespread

AMY the girl on reception carry right smile n great customer service with happy go lucky attitude

Too much empty

Specious room , very nice reception staff specially the Ms. Vickey she was super nice while i did the check out , she is very fast and professional .The food was also nice and delicious.

Simon is very kind. The traffic is convenient.i like dongmen street I can by anything here

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 2 nights. The Crowne Plaza upgraded us to a large room, which was really nice. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We liked the extra couch and armchair. The bathroom was also very spacious with both a shower and a tub. The welcome drink was lovely and had delicious cakes. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price. The location is perfect to reach Dongmen pedestrian streets.

The check-in took quite a long time. The hairdryer is a bit slow if you have really long hair.

Very spacious rooms , great room service , lovely staff, convenient location

The only thing is not having enough space and chairs in Lobby which can make a bad expression on guests specially when they are in a group

staffs were so friendly, specially one of the staffs named Mrs. Rosa Zhang, she was so nice and helpful and helped us during our stay like a very good friend and we hope to meet her here again, we will really missed her.

I have stayed here for many years and keep coming back. Location is amazing and staff brilliant. Peter is probably the main reason I keep coming back to this hotel as he assists us with everything from translation for our meetings to writing Chinese instructions for us to show taxis, train stations etc. 10/10 to Crowne Plaza.

Nothing to dislike.

Good location, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.

The bed is too soft, prefer slightly harder.
