Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Bao'an

good staff , good value for stay

environment surrounding hotel

Great location, few minutes walk away from Walmart, convenience stores, malls and restaurants. It is cool how the area mixes old streets with new buildings.Spacious room, attentive staffs, free mineral water and free laundry.

10mins walk from metroBreakfast is just okay

Comfortable. Nice breakfast with good coffee.

It was not easy to find because the location in Baidu maps as well as Google Maps is wrong. (When you press "get directions"). It is approximately 500 meter wrong and the entrance of the hotel is very small and easy to miss.

Breakfast was ok and the location is a bit far from the subway

The bed was sagging due to which me and my husband had a terrible back ache. Really did not expect that.

average breakfast with no staffs around, no napkins. We asked for chopsticks, and were told to get it from the next table

lack of staff made us feels uncomfortable and unsafe, as in the evening three drunk guests were misbehaving in the lobby and we could not see anyone confronting their behaviour. the location is also not good as you need to get a taxi or a bike to reach the subway station. the bed is also not a comfortable one,

The location was great, close to everything. A mall, food places, coffee shops, a Walmart right next to the hotel.

The location was the best and the hotel was very good value for money. Perfect for business and also for some good places on walking distance.

Location and food

the door in my bathroom is broken but the bathroom itself is nice and functional

good breakfast buffet. Variety of western food options. Iron with iron board in each room.

Breakfast is fair, but other things are good, the WIFI is single gateway from Chinese government so hotel cannot do anything.

The rooms and staff were very good ?

The choice of western breakfast was very limited, no cheese for omelette station ?? No ketchup and no tabasco sauce bottles for guest tables ?! Very surprising for an international brand like Hilton !

The General Manager was very good he accommodated us for a late checkout which was really helpful ?

The breakfast buffet was boring with limited choices for vegetarians , breakfast staff unable to understand basic things when asked

Very good

I was in Shenzhen for business. Samples were sent to hotel but hotel has no secure place to leave my stuff. Cleaning staff has no idea when was the best time to clean my room. Could hotel let staff know when customer gone out and clean room, rather than knock on the door and woke me up next time? I had only that day to have time to sleep till 9am rather than 6am wake up

Clean . Helpful staff

WiFi was not VPN

Nice and clean rooms. Very good staff. Nice and very helpful. Washing room was a big plus.

Stayed here before, ac didn't work properly then. This time I asked them to give me a room with working ac.they checked on beforehand and the room and temperature was wonderful!

Staff had taken money as security deposit and didn't return the amount when it was asked , deducted as hotel amount we were trying to give credit card he dint accept pathetic experience by hotel reception also will never book fromm booking.com platform

Pathetic experience

Location

The young male wear specs staff is rude and do not understand so well . Bad and not clean . Lots mosquitoes and bugs biting

The pool and gym is correct

The boom boom night club sound during the night It took 3 card before I could get a card that opened my door room

Nice and clean room. Breakfast is good too.

Staff does not speak English.

Great room. Great employees, all very helpful. They do everything they can to help the guests, especially Howard So, he is very helpful and kind.
