AC was off in the room when we arrived. The room was really humid and smelled musty. It was so humid that the sheets were even damp. It took us a while to figure out the AC was not working, so we called to report the AC problem and they fixed it remotely

it was not easy to find out the hotel entrance from the 2nd floor in the airport.

We had an amazing stay. The location couldn’t have been more convenient right in the airport which made everything so easy. Check in was smooth and the room was very comfortable with a great bathroom.But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was to die for. We honestly couldn’t believe how incredible the food was. After nearly two months travelling through Sicily, Malta and Spain the breakfast here was the best meal of our entire trip.Highly recommend this place to any traveller passing through Shenzhen. You won’t be disappointed.

Airport location is perfect. Simply walk out of airport arrivals into the Hotel!The room is large and spacious and modern.

I was confused when checking out, they took the room sharge off the deposit I apid, so for a bout a week I thought they had overcharged me, but it was on yhe room charge ed to my credit car din the end. But unesassary stress.The wifi is a bit of a jole - but its China so access to the sites I am used to like google is restricted - probably not the Hotels fault.

Comfortable hotel - clean, good amenities, convenient self-service laundry. Excellent breakfast! Helpful staff. Held our bags until our late departure. Good access to many modes of transport.

Perefect for long connection flights.No need to leave the airport.

Location of this hotel is really great, staff were really friendly. Hotel by itself is bit older, but we don’t mind. Close to hotel is a lot Turkish and Arabic restaurants, for those who don’t really enjoy Chinese cuisine . Breakfast was good, variety of the food.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Located just outside the terminal, it’s seamlessly connected to the airport by an elevator, so you don’t even need to step outside. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large couch and an amazing shower. The staff were extremely helpful, and I appreciated the flexibility of late checkout and 24-hour check-in. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options, even catering well to European tastes. With all the necessary amenities, I truly loved my stay and would definitely return, especially for the quality of my sleep, the best hotel bed ever.

While it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, I didn’t actually need it during my stay, so it wasn’t a major issue.

In the airport terminal

The hotel was overbooked and did not honor our reservation. The reservation was « pay at the property » but they managed to charge my credit card and claim the reservation was a no show. Then they offered to pay an additional $50 to use the room for 4 hours.

Everything was clean and new.

The room had very bad cigarettes smell. Also it was very noisy because it is airport.

It is literally part of the airport complex, so very easy and quick to get to. The room we had was huge. The breakfast was amazing.

Constant planes taking off all night .. you can hear it.very clearly. Accessing the hotel if you first have to get the 24hr visa - which isn't signposted and not obvious where it is and where to go. After a 12hr flight, we didn't need the stress of that.

Perfect location and very nice hotel. This is my second time at the hotel.

The room temperature was extremely hot. While the outside temperature was around 10 degrees, the room temperature was more than 30. The air condition was avaliable, but only the cold option didn't worked. Finally I left the room around 1 AM and I wait for my flight at the Starbucks.

It was excellent for the price. A perfect location after our flight from Australia; right at the airport. The room was spacious, clean and with very comfy beds (for China). Breakfast was great.

Swimming pool was closed in the morning (opens 2pm till 10pm - and I stayed there specifically because I wanted to use the pool before a long flight!.

Location - being able to walk straight out of the hotel to the airport. Pool is lovely - even better if it opened in the mornings. Great breakfast.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel! The spacious room was a highlight, and I'd say it's one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting.The buffet breakfast, included with our room booking, was truly exceptional. Every luxury amenity I needed was provided, including a hair dryer, which was a lovely touch.The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave! Although our stay was short, we were able to experience the excellent facilities, and I couldn't be more impressed.Wish we could have stayed longer, but I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.

Though I had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a couple of minor issues. One suggestion I have is to automatically include breakfast for two guests when booking a room, rather than only covering one guest.On a positive note, the breakfast was affordable and good value for the price.Unfortunately, I did experience a billing issue, being charged twice for the property. I'm currently working with the management to resolve the refund. According to them, the second charge was a deposit that will be returned, but I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon.
