There’s music sound from the park and it could interfere if you want to sleep in.

The breakfast is fine, I would like to see some more yoghurt and muesli options if possible. The staff was very helpful in providing me with a room to shower while my room was not ready yet. They brought up my luggage while I was at work, very helpful!

The gym was closed and the wifi does not connect properly to Western sites.

The room we booked was a good size and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, and special thanks to Rebecca, who went above and beyond to help us. She not only compiled a list of local attractions but also assisted us in installing the local apps we needed to get around in China, which made our stay much easier. The train station taxi tried to charge us 820 instead of 82 and with the help of the hotel staff we got out of that scam.

The gym is located right next to a smoking and gaming lounge, so you can smell smoke while heading to work out. The kids club feels like a small jail cell—cramped and unusable. In-room dining is very limited and what we ordered didn’t taste good. Breakfast was poor quality. The room carpet had visible stains, and there were sloppy paint touch-ups on the ceiling in mismatched colors. It also seems the gym and pool are rented out to local residents, making both areas very crowded. The sound proofing is not very good so you can hear noise from other rooms and music from the nearby park.

Restaurant buffet food service and options are the best I've experienced travelling. Massive choice of western and multi asian country cuisines.

Restaurant closed at night Monday to Thursday which it wasn't on my previous stay 18 months ago.

They told us that everything in our room is free except the wines. While when I was checking out the staff told us I have to pay 68 ¥ cuz I opened the emergency bag. Well, the only reason we used it is that my mom needs pads for her period and this bag was not closed properly like sealed with a sticker. I’m not so happy because we were not warned about the charge before.

The elevator was somehow illogical, the staff had to guide us to the right elevator every time after breakfast. The shower head was loose. It could be tightened. The carpet in the hotel room looked quite stale.

Room service call took three people to order. The manager had to come to my room twice to complete the room service order. It was not 24 hours nor was the advertised 24 hour restaurant.

Room was large and comfortable, large shower and proper working airconditioning.

Executive lounge was not open on a time when it should’ve been open.

Rebecca, the duty manager is such an exceptional person, was very eager to help out with my flight reservations, directions etc . Amazing view of the park from my room on the 15th floor. Hotel is very brand new . Everything is sparkling . Close to the shopping mall. Shares a common entrance door to the shopping mall . Breakfast is breath taking . Location is good. Very close to stores. Had an amazing stay and coming back again.

Liked the breakfast and dinner buffet. The overall size and design of the room was nice.

Could be cleaner. The room smelled a bit. The staff not very friendly (only staff at the restaurant was pleasant. The health club staff was very cold and unpleasant!). Overall didn't feel very welcome.

Great service. Excellent staff and comfortable large rooms. It certainly served as a good hotel for our business stayover.

Vegetarian food is almost not available readily. Need to provide a few more options in the buffet.Its a minimum expectation from a Hotel like Hilton.

Room was facing the outside street with a park, can get noisy sometimes. Breakfast choices were a lot but taste could be improved.
