Pagoda SSAW Hotel Bao'an Shenzhen

Modern, comfortable and calm. Very convenient working zone on 14th floor with call booth, small gym and restaurant suitable for work with laptop.

Everything is great

Room is nice with free minibar. Staff is very helpful.

Sometimes need to wait long for elevators. There is no working desk and chair in room.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quite functional with some storage space, kettle, basic disposable sanitary items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair comb, shampoo, shower gel etc. Breakfast was included too, with a big variety of different dishes to choose from. To my surprise the hotel also had a rest room on the top floor that includes a gym, play room, study area, library and all of this with an amazing view. The stuff didn’t speak very good English but nonetheless they were doing everything to help and were very friendly. Overall a perfect stay with nothing to complain about at all.

Espresso at breakfast was good

Breakfast was so so, most dishes cold.Room unsuitable for our family. We changed room 4 times.Staff was kind but utterly unprepared.

The breakfast was nice. Rooms were small but clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

The room was really small and I would have appreciated atleast having a wardrobe.

Everything was just perfect :) Clean, bright room, all amenities were provided. So much food for breakfast, hard to choose what to eat, everything was tasty. I would definitely recommend it for a long stay. We stay 7 nights, and have never encountered anything that upset us

Nothing to complain

Modern hotel with good facilities and nearby eating places (Starbucks, KFC, chines restaurant…)

Breakfast area gets too crowded at weekends when Hongkongers hit the town

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

There is nothing I can complain about this hotel. Everything was excellent. It works very well for short and long stays.

Good breakfast and free laundry.

No deposit box; the lifts were a bit slow.

The room is spaciousStaff is welcome and helpfulAnd they manage to arrange room for early check-in even we arrive at 10am

Rooms were great, breakfast was also ok and they're offering an afternoon and evening snack free of charge as well. Locationwise: I can walk to the metro station (line 12)

Wifi was OK, but speed (non vpn) could have been better.

Breakfast was great, fresh made changfen (cheongfun), lots of options including fruit, a coffee, soya milk, some dim sum items, etc. Plenty of variety available each day.A good space on the floor with breakfast to hang out, as well as cubicles to work in if needed. The hotel also has robotic room service, which is very convenient. It's clean, well managed, and easy to use. It's a little bit of a walk to the metro, but not a serious problem at all. Highly recommended.

Nothing!

1000% satisfied with the place, good location, comfy room, clean, good service. I like the projector tv. Enjoyed the stay

Nice hotel on good location. Close to metro station (X'ian Park, line 12)Breakfast okay, Chinese and European style. Nice personnel, not all of them able to speak in English. Translate on phone works fine.Rooms are spacious, good bathroom with nice shower and great Japanese style toilet.I would definitely go here again!Good to know, the hotel is not in the tall tower, it's next to it ?

The two elevators really SUCKI think it's bad programming or something. But takes way too long.

We got a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Had to switch rooms. The second room also had the same problem. You will have to ask the reception for another room in that case.

We liked everything during our stay. The hotel is very accommodating and aided us with our requirements from the booking. Thank you. Everybody at the hotel was quite polite, diligent, and professional. The rooms (Japanese styled) were clean and comfortable, with a truly nice view of the city... plus an excellent TV system, and a wonderful bathroom. Food was excellent on the top floor of the hotel. The location is good, as there are some nice places nearby to visit, either at walking distance or by car (Taxi - Didi). Next time, we will stay for a longer time.

Our stay was too short.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Housekeeping was the sweetest.

Strong smell of cigarettes, rooms could be cleaner. Better upkeep of rooms. Felt hoodwinked about the hotel being the beautiful tall building NEXT to the actual hotel.

New, clean, stylish

new hotel, very nice concept floor with entertainment options,

as new hotel, paint smell in the room/hotel; cannot open windows; strong AirCon needed which makes clients sick

Staff Service, Breakfast facility, laundry..etc

Slightly on the Expensive side
