Disappointing experience. It’s a dated hotel. Place to sleep WITH MOLD and BEDBUGS! Ruined my trip to China by infesting me and my family with bed bugs and bites! Had good breakfast though.

Shocked by the state of the rooms at this Sheraton, Marriott-branded property!!The first room (2057 – West Tower) had wet carpets, and a terribly strong mold odor. Management “upgraded” me to another room 2559 which turned out to have bedbugs; I woke up with bites and had to bag and isolate my clothes while traveling in China.I reported everything and was offered only a one-night refund despite the hotel acknowledging the mold and bedbug issues in writing. The manager was polite but clearly powerless. The building is aging and needs a full remediation, not apologies.For the record, I’ve stayed at multiple Marriott properties worldwide and never encountered anything like this. Until this property undergoes serious maintenance and quality control, I strongly advise other travelers to STAY ELSEWHERE!

Location is great

Too old esp the bathtub is too high. Both of us almost slipped and fell

Everything is fine except the aircon is not cold, being staying for 3 nights but just lazy to change room so using extra

Everything was excellent, we requested late check out and they accepted it very nicely. Breakfast had good variety and the Rooms were very nice and clean.

It have free shuttle to Train stations.

Pls prepare more vegetarian food.Those fried rice & fried noodle can fry without meat, onion or garlic.

No one speaks English in the property, carpets very dirty, staffs are unfriendly, specially front desk manager, she is not ready to give any information showing she is busy, she only only incoming guest. carpets dirty, shower are equipnent collapsing, room carpet dirty, chairs are not to the standard. i hat the hotel

room size OK, bed OK, breakfast was good

Rooms are spacious and clean.

Location is a bit far from the center. They serve Pork in breakfast and that's kept common with other dishes. And that is totally not good.

Checkin and breakfast was good and respectable. East lobby entrance was very well maintain and staffs..

West tower has very good view, however the lift lobby and easily accessible to public where it is very isolated without security officers, It would pose a very huge security risk where any public can just follow the guest into the lift and up to the respective floors. West lift and lobby has very heavy cigarette smell.

Nice hotel, but now not 5* just tourist hotel... Nice swimming pool need cupAnd also good breakfast

Great location

Very loud hammering noise of construction every day which we were not warned of before arrival or compensated for.

- Great location, just walking distance (600m) from the HK border crossing (Lok Ma Chau) - just walk out of the immigration building and turn left at the intersection. Opposite the immigration building, there are restaurants, shops, and the great spa (Tenz). There are several subway entrances around the immigration building.- The pool stays open long hours (6am-11pm)

Some more shade/umbrellas around the pool would be nice.

We were given happy hour, it was not mentioned in the booking. It is a surprise.We had to leave early in the morning, we asked the restaurant to let us in before they start. They kindly did.

There is no shops nearby except a grocery shop nect door at the flats.

The location and the room were nice, clean, and comfortable

Too many teenagers are running around the lobby

Room size, good views, friendly staff and helpful.

A bit too far off from nearby public transport, shuttle bus services finish by 6pm which is too early of the day.

Breakfast food is suite for us

8days of breakfast with almost the same food

On the whole the hotel is still ok, though a bit distant from the center of Shenzhen.

it would be better if it's close to light-train services that allow to travel to the CBD (central business district).

My room was comfortable, spacious & had a great view. The buffet breakfast was great value for money & there was a huge selection to pick from
