Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Longgang City Centre By IHG

Hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly. It's at a good location with lots of restaurants. Metro stop is a short walk away. I didn't use it but there's a small kids club. There's even a mini library with books and magazines.

Check-in was fast, room was clean with comfy bed and pillows, buffet breakfast was very good with wide range, friendly staff, other facilities was very good, wifi was good speed.

Could have a few english tv channels

It has exceeded my expectation. Friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Delicious breakfast with good choices. Got free drink coupons - pleased to get them. We’ll visit again for sure.

A little bit noisy for the hotel location. You’ll get noise at night for rooms facing the bars, or day time for rooms facing the main road. We stay on the side facing bars. The noise level is acceptable as we stay on 12th floor.

Location is ok

Swimming pool was closed without announcement during booking and it was priority for the booking.Cigarettes smell

It is not the first time i stay in this hotel. Breakfast was very good and room comfortable and clean. Also fitness facilities and the swimming pool were very good.

Location is not the most practical one, because you need to use the car for any move. But if you have to stay in Longgang district, it is perfect.

Very kind reception staff. I got a room upgrade.A few hours later I had to ask for a stay extension and they left me in the same room for the same rate

Honestly can't think of anything remarkable, sorry

Struggle with wifi, struggle to get good coffee in the mornings, struggle to communicate with staff, cafe food

location was great and staff were wonderful specially the person who served us. There was noise from outside on the 6th floor but we were moved upon request to another room. Great place to be and i would reccommend this hotel to everyone

the noise from the bars at the back of the hotel

Overall, the hotel is good, but the staff is what makes it truly exceptional. Οn April 30th at noon, the staff member at the concierge desk was amazing. He was incredibly helpful and anticipated my needs. I've been staying at this hotel since it opened and I continue to believe that it is the best hotel for visitors to Longang .

Nice gym facilities Very good breakfast,

Construction work outside, but Hotel informed us

Good location for me. Clean and good services.

Did not have twin room booked but offer a club room for a premium that gave vaklue that exceeded our expectation.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in China.

The staff are warm and kind. Very helpful.
