Cons -
- Some smells of cigarettes from time to time maybe from the ventilation.. If you end up in a smoking it’s disgusting. And some rooms have great views while other are nothing at all facing the office building next door.
- Lighting of hotel place a lilttle dim.
- Sauna was out of order, otherwise fitness facilities were a bit lacking, would love a swimming pool

Staff so rude they never greet especially the young girl at the receptionThey dont speak two words in EnglishBreakfast is very bad. Chicken meat full of sharp bones , orange juice is made of anything but orange, etv

Nothing and nothing at all, good job
Clean, large room, good central location in Shenzhen, good breakfast options, accommodating for late checkout
Bedsheets and pillowcases had some tears and stains, not close to a metro so have to cab everywhere
Second visit here, all good so far. Breakfast, rooms. Will book again in future, because of business nearby.
Furniture and rooms need make up soon.
