It's impossible to contact that property using ANY of the posted methods, including their +86 phone number.ALL impossible. Can't get anything through Customer Service. My partner and I are ditching booking.com. This is crazy for the money we pay. VERY STRESSFUL.

Breakfast has a huge selection and delicious. Location is next to the big mall so very convenient. Room is also very spacious for family with young baby.

We stayed on the 16th floor but can still here constructions noise. Our hair dryer is broken and we waited almost 2 hours to get a new one and we needed to call the hotel almost 10 times to get a faster response. But they apologized us with a fruit basket next morning.

The breakfast

I booked the king-sizedbed room more than one month in advance, already stated the number of guests is three. When I arrived, I was told that there was no extra bed available. How can three adults sleep together in one bed?The reception staff was trying to help us and approached her senior. However , her senior simply didn't care about it. At last we were allocated to a twin room. Two of us slept in a bed for single person. Only two sets of towels, cups etc are given and we need to call the guestroom service to ask for it.I could never imagine that could happen in an international "five-star" hotel. I was very disappointed. It spoiled my holiday.

I made two credit card deposit CNY2200 and CNY4000. When will I receive the refund?

room design as bathroom is immediately in front of the entrance, swimming pool had a broken tile and resulted in my child cutting her foot which drew a lot of blood, breakfast quality needs improvement

Really Good Hotel. Little confusing with the lifts but very well decorated. Beds are super comfy and room service is brilliant. Breakfast was amazing!! Like really impressive.

I guess in a cookie cutter soulless way it was an easy experience [excpet for the lifts, see below]

Ridiculous process to get to and from your room to the ground floor requiring one to travel [in my case from the 11th floor]up to the 33rd floor then walk to another express lift just to go down to get out. Heaven help when you forget something the whole process has to be repeated both ways. Breakfast was very good although the chefs in the main central kitchen screaming at the top of their voice was somewhat distracting.

All great, amazing room.

The lobby is a sky lobby and you need to go up to the lobby first and then go down to your room.

the location was excellent for this trip for me, the selection for breakfast was also very good. just found having to go down stairs and back up was a little inconvenient. staff is very helpful even junior staff seems well trained.
